After completing her Bachelors in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, she worked as an athletic trainer and obtained her personal training certification. Through her work as a personal trainer, her passion for nutrition grew as she witnessed its extensive impact on performance and overall health. She then completed her Masters in Nutrition and Public Health and dietetic internship at Teachers College, Columbia University.
