As a Registered Dietitian, Emilie Riddle (she/her) is passionate about supporting her patients to live healthy, vibrant lives. She strives to help patients focus on long-term body positive outcomes: improved energy and emotional wellbeing, consistent engagement in physical activity, restorative sleep, healing their relationship with food, and increased confidence in their ability to fuel their body well and find balance in their lives. She especially enjoys working with patients to improve their metabolic health to prevent or improve the symptoms of diabetes and other chronic health issues. She is currently pursuing a credential as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).

For 26 years, Carrie has served as a Clinical Instructor of Obstetrics-Gynecology for third-year medical students at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Grand Forks, ND, Topics of expertise include: Diabetes management, health issues for women, nutrition during pregnancy and lactation, Clinical Practice Guidelines, metabolism, weight management, sports nutrition, preventative health measures, vitamins, minerals, and micro and macronutrients.
Carrie served as the corporate leader for Community Benefit/Community Health Improvement for the Sanford Health System. Carrie also served as a clinic manager at MeritCare prior to the merger.
Carrie served as the 1st Director of Corporate Health and Wellness for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota/Noridian Administration.
Stephanie truly enjoys helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. Stephanie’s “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. She takes an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing her clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.
Specialties include clients that currently have or have a history of eating disorders (Anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and others), behavioral health diagnoses, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and depression. Other areas of expertise include inflammatory bowel disease (IBD, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis).
