As a Registered Dietitian, Emilie Riddle (she/her) is passionate about supporting her patients to live healthy, vibrant lives. She strives to help patients focus on long-term body positive outcomes: improved energy and emotional wellbeing, consistent engagement in physical activity, restorative sleep, healing their relationship with food, and increased confidence in their ability to fuel their body well and find balance in their lives. She especially enjoys working with patients to improve their metabolic health to prevent or improve the symptoms of diabetes and other chronic health issues. She is currently pursuing a credential as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
Emilie works with patients to develop practical tools to overcome their individual challenges and set realistic goals. She strives to meet each patient where they are and provide a safe and supportive space to create lasting lifestyle change.

Carol is a Registered Dietitian and the Founder of Banister Nutrition LLC. She opened the doors in 1981 and has been a trailblazer in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas ever since.
She completed her Dietetic Internship at Kansas State University. She has been recognized by her alma mater as Entrepreneur of the Year and serves as an alumni board member for the College of Human Ecology. She served as the President of the Oklahoma Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for many years and worked with the Oklahoma Eating Disorder Association as a pioneer in the field of eating disorders. Carol also serves on the internship board at Oklahoma State University.
