Rachel Caylor is a Board certified Registered Dietitian and licensed by Georgia State Board . She has a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science. Her love for nutrition began early in life, shaped by a deep interest in understanding how food influences the onset and progression of chronic disease as well as overall health and well-being.
Rachel has experience in a wide range of specialties, including gut health, hormone balance, diabetes management, heart health, weight management, oncology nutrition, and eating disorders. She has experience working in acute care facilities, diabetes management and nutrition centers, and weight loss clinics, where she focused on building habits that support long-term success.
In her free time. Rachel enjoys reading, running, painting, playing the piano, and traveling to see what the world has to offer!
