Raja Sawhney MD MFA FACS, is a fellowship trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He is dual board certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Sawhney obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA) in Scientific Illustration and Painting and Drawing and then pursued his Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) in Medical and Biological Illustration both from the University of Michigan. After working as a medical artist, he returned to school to get his medical degree (MD) at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan. He then completed his residency training in Otolaryngology (ENT) at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit Michigan. He obtained specialized training in Facial Plastic Surgery, in Dallas / Fort Worth under the guidance of Dr. Yadro Ducic MD FRCS(C), FACS.
After completing his training, Dr. Sawhney worked as an Associate Professor in Otolaryngology at the University of Florida, where he was the Director of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. He started the microvascular surgical program in the department and co-directed the Head and Neck microvascular fellowship along with Dr. Peter Dziegielewski, MD FRCS.
Dr. Sawhney has always enjoyed teaching. Beyond helping to train residents and fellows at the University of Florida, where he continues to be adjunct faculty, he is also teaching faculty for the AOCMF, an International Organization dedicated to training surgeons in trauma care. Dr. Sawhney has taught numerous international courses in facial trauma, including reconstruction of the orbit and soft tissue of the face as well as reconstruction after ballistic injuries. He has 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals and multiple text book chapters. He is also an expert when it comes to reconstruction after facial nerve paralysis, Mohs surgical excision and nasal deformity and breathing.
Dr. Nadia Caballero of Advanced Sinus and Allergy Center in Park Ridge, Illinois, is a highly trained board-certified Otolaryngologist who sub-specializes in Rhinology, the surgical and medical management of diseases affecting the nose, sinuses, skull base and upper airway. She is one of only 13 other fellowship-trained Rhinologists in the state of Illinois and is the sole native Spanish-speaking sinus specialist in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Caballero is also a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Surgeons, the American Rhinologic Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Caballero was born and raised in Cuba. She has lived in Chicago since age 18. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, an honor only bestowed upon a small percentage of each graduating medical school class. She was also awarded The Lederer Foundation Scholarship and the Mary Roberts Scott Memorial Prize for demonstrating leadership and academic excellence during both the basic and clinical science years.
Dr. Caballero completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center. After her residency, Dr. Caballero completed a one-year fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at the Sinus and Nasal Institute of Florida under the guidance of Dr. Donald Lanza, one of the founding fathers of the field. During her fellowship, she mastered advanced Rhinologic surgical techniques and performed hundreds of complicated nasal, sinus and skull base surgical procedures in both children and adults.
During her training, she conducted multiple research projects and published several papers focusing on allergic rhinitis, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, complications associated with the transpterygoid approach to the lateral skull base and the use of Proton Beam Radiation for the management of Esthesioneuroblastoma. She has presented her research at regional and national meetings including the Chicago Otolaryngologic Society, the American Rhinologic Society, and the North American Skull Base Society. She was a contributing author to the International Consensus on Allergy and Rhinology: Rhinosinusitis (ICAR:RS), one of the landmark publications in the management of Chronic Rhinosinusitis.
In addition to providing tertiary-level care for patients in Park Ridge, Dr. Caballero is an attending physician at the University of Chicago Hospitals, where she helps train the next generations of Otolaryngologists.

Afterward, he completed an otolaryngology residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Justin D. Gull, MD, is an ear, nose, and throat physician and surgeon at ENT Specialists. Serving the communities of Salt Lake City, Murray, Draper, Tooele, and West Jordan, Utah, he specializes in complaints of the ears and hearing, audiology and assistive listening devices, nose and sinus problems (including sinus and cosmetic nasal surgery), vocal disorders, pediatric ENT care, and environmental allergies.
Dr. Gull spent his childhood in Darien, Connecticut. After living in Ireland for three years during his teenage years, his family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the Waterford School in Sandy, Utah, and then attended both Brigham Young University and the University of Utah, where he received a bachelor’s degree in French.
He subsequently pursued his medical degree at the University of Utah (class of 2003) before returning east to complete a five-year residency in otolaryngology at the University of Connecticut in Mansfield. Upon completing his education, he returned to Utah to continue his medical career.
At ENT Specialists, Dr. Gull enjoys caring for patients of all ages with ear, nose, and throat problems. He strives to stay current with medical knowledge and surgical skills in order to provide his patients with the best, up-to-date care available. He is interested in new technologies shown to improve patient health and quality of life.
Dr. Gull is conservative when recommending significant intervention and medication or antibiotic usage, preferring at times to allow the body’s natural mechanisms, coupled with simple therapies, improve health. David K. Palmer, MD, FACS, is an ear, nose, and throat physician whose specialty covers care from the shoulders and up. At ENT Specialists in Salt Lake City, Murray, Draper, Tooele, and West Jordan, Utah, he specializes in allergies, voice disorders, facial trauma, ENT infections, hearing aid testing, and snoring and sleep disorders. He is trained to care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Palmer attended Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, before receiving his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine (formerly the Medical College of Pennsylvania) in Philadelphia in 1986. He completed his ENT residency at Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, in 1992, and achieved board certification shortly thereafter.
At ENT Specialists, Dr. Palmer provides specialty allergy care, including testing and immunotherapy. He also performs a full range of surgical procedures such as placement of pressure equalization tubes in ears, tonsil and adenoid removal, nasal surgery, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, and laser surgery.
A Utah native, Dr. Palmer graduated from Skyline High School in Salt Lake City. He is married and has five children. He enjoys the arts, and in his spare time, he can be found playing the piano, watching the Utah Jazz, enjoying his wife’s violin playing, playing sports with his family, or singing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
Jordon LeBaron is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. He obtained a master’s degree from the University of Utah’s SLP program, and is licensed to practice in Utah. Following the master’s program, Jordon obtained specialty training and a certificate of further graduate work in voice science, voice habilitation, and rehabilitation through the University of Utah and the National Center for Voice and Speech (NCVS). Prior to his training, Jordon graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance and obtained a 2nd bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from USU. Jordon has had years of vocal training which has helped inform his approach to voice and swallowing disorder management. Jordon loves helping others discover their voice and regain voice and swallowing function. He enjoys being involved with research, including with NCVS.org.
When he is not working, you can find Jordon performing in local productions including operas, community theater, and concert venues. He enjoys singing with his family, the LeBaron Singers, who have been featured on ABC’s Good Morning America, NBC’s the Today Show, local and national television and new radio programming, and were part of Kelly Clarkson’s Meaning of Life tour in 2019. He especially enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
