Michael Schwartz, MD, is a cosmetic surgeon and board-certified facial plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He offers his advanced skills to patients in Pasadena, California, and the greater Los Angeles area at Pasadena Plastic Surgery.

He went on to complete a five-year fellowship in otolaryngology, head, and neck surgery at USC.

Board-certified ENT physician Jenny L. Cross, MD, FAAOHNS, is excited to serve patients at Vitale Ear, Nose & Throat’s offices in Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills, Florida.

Joining our group of expert physicians, Dr. Cross brings considerable experience of her own in the treatment of diseases of the ears, nose, and throat. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has special interests in allergic disease and sinus disorders.

Dr. Cross obtained her undergraduate degree from Andrews University and attended Medical School at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her general surgery internship, followed by her residency in otolaryngology at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Dr. Cross is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and the American Medical Association.

In 2016, Dr. Cross’s expertise in the treatment of sinus disorders and allergic disease earned her the role of President of the Pan American Allergy Society in San Antonio, Texas. She enjoys teaching medical students and residents and has published in her field.

Scott Finlay, MD, is an otolaryngologist practicing at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, which has locations in Chelmsford and Woburn, Massachusetts, and Nashua and Derry, New Hampshire. He sees patients at the practice’s Chelmsford and Nashua locations.  

Raised in New England, Dr. Finlay graduated from Boston University with a BS in communication. He pursued his talent in music and was the drummer of a Boston-based alternative rock bank touring the East Coast. He couldn’t ignore his calling for medicine and obtained his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He returned to Boston to complete his training in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Boston Medical Center. While there, he was awarded the Jalisi award for outstanding mentorship to medical students and residents. He was also honored with the Kenneth M. Grundfast Professionalism Award, given annually to the resident who embodies the highest ideals of professionalism and ethical standards and serves as a role model for others. His clinical interests include salivary gland disorders, thyroid and parathyroid issues, sinonasal disease, head and neck cancer, and pediatric otolaryngology. 

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife, running, and playing music. Dr. Finlay is excited to establish his practice here in the greater Lowell and Nashua areas!

Vishnu Kannabiran, MD, is an otolaryngologist practicing at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, which has locations in Chelmsford and Woburn, Massachusetts, and Nashua and Derry, New Hampshire. He sees patients at the practice's Chelmsford and Nashua locations.  

Dr. Kannabiran graduated summa cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the accelerated 7-year BS/MD program with Albany Medical College. While attending medical school, he was selected as a National Institutes of Health Clinical Research Training Program Fellow and spent one year in Bethesda, Maryland, at the NIH studying therapies for head and neck cancer. He then completed a surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at the Boston University Medical Center Program. During this time, his training involved rotations at Boston Children's Hospital, Lahey Health, Boston VA system, and Advanced Facial Aesthetics. At the completion of his residency, he was awarded the Jalisi Teaching Award for outstanding teaching to medical students and residents. 

Dr. Kannabiran's clinical interests include voice and swallowing disorders, nasal obstruction and sinus disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and pediatric otolaryngology. 

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, singing, playing the violin, and playing soccer and tennis. Dr. Kannabiran grew up in Wayland, Massachusetts, and is excited to serve the Greater Lowell community through Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates.

Dr. Austin Miller is a comprehensive otolaryngologist and native Texan who sees adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of ear, nose, and throat issues. He is dedicated to excellence in providing the full breadth of evidence-based ENT patient care. He offers both in-office and operative procedures for nasal congestion, sinusitis, the ear, and the head and neck including thyroid/parathyroid surgery. He obtained his medical degree from McGovern Medical School in Houston, where he participated in research at MD Anderson Cancer Center and was President of the Delta Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha, the prestigious medical honor society. Dr. Miller completed his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Residency at Loma Linda University in California where he was named Peer Resident of the Year, served as chief resident during his last year of training, and received the Excellence in Otology Award.

Arthur M. Lauretano, MD, FACS, is a board-certified otolaryngologist practicing in the Greater Boston area and an instructor in otology and laryngology at Harvard Medical School. He practices at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, which has locations in Chelmsford and Woburn, Massachusetts, and Nashua and Derry, New Hampshire. He sees patients at the practice’s Chelmsford and Derry locations. 

Dr. Lauretano grew up in Medford, Massachusetts. He graduated from Boston University’s six-year medical program summa cum laude with a BA in medical sciences and an MD. He was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the Medical Honor Society. He was awarded the Dean Eleanor Tyler Award (Top Six-Year Medical Student), Dora Savenor Memorial Prize for Excellence in Surgery, and Internal Medicine Award. 

After completing medical school, Dr. Lauretano completed his general surgical internship at Boston’s Beth Israel Hospital, where he received the Critical Care Award. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School, finishing in 1993. 

In January 1997, Dr. Lauretano moved his practice to the Greater Lowell Area at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, where he continues to practice. He is the Medical Director of the Lowell General Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Program and Clinic. He continues to teach at Harvard Medical School and also at Tufts Medical School. His clinical interests include thyroid surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, laryngeal surgery, and voice disorders, including professional voice.

Stefanie Saunders, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, which has locations in Chelmsford and Woburn, Massachusetts, and Nashua and Derry, New Hampshire. She sees patients at the practice's Chelmsford and Concord locations. 

Dr. Saunders graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine and relocated to New England to complete residency training in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Boston University. During medical school, she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She was honored to serve as the Administrative Chief Resident during her chief year of residency training.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Saunders worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland, and participated in various research studies focused on human immunology. She also obtained a Master of Science in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University during her time at the NIH. 

She has family in the Greater Boston area and has happily settled in New England since moving to the area for residency. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, skiing, and traveling. She is excited to join the Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates team!

David J. Malis, MD, FACS, FAAP, is a skilled otolaryngologist on the team at Family ENT & Audiology. He provides collaborative and innovative care to patients of all ages throughout Melbourne, Florida. 

After receiving his undergraduate training from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Dr. Malis earned his medical doctorate from The Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He then entered active duty in the U.S. Army and received his residency training in Otolaryngology at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas; this was followed by Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children’s Hospital & Health Center in San Diego, California. 

Dr. Malis served over 15 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, culminating in his last duty assignment as Chief, Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery Service at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Throughout his military career, Dr. Malis had the honor of providing medical care to active duty service members and their families, from infants to military retirees. Dr. Malis is proud to have been able to serve and provide for the Otolaryngological needs of the entire military “family” and of all branches of military service.

Dr. Haser graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society for her academic merits. She returned to her home state of Maryland to obtain her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she graduated cum laude and was accepted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed her internship and residency training at Tufts Medical Center. During her training, she received the Humanitarian Resident Travel Grant award and was afforded the opportunity to travel to Rwanda for a surgical mission trip. 

Dr. Haser is an advocate for serving the needs of both her local community and underserved populations globally. Her clinical interests include head and neck cancer surgery, nasal and sinus surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, salivary gland disorders, acute and chronic conditions of the ear and hearing, pediatric ENT, voice and swallow disorders, Inspire implant and sleep apnea surgery, and facial plastic surgery. She is a member of multiple local and national otolaryngological associations. 

Dr. Haser serves as the Chief of Otolaryngology at Lowell General Hospital, from 2023 to present. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Haser enjoys keeping active by running, road biking, hiking, jump roping, and traveling.

Eric Stein, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist/head and neck surgeon practicing in all areas of ENT (otolaryngology) at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. He sees patients at the practice's Chelmsford and Nashua locations. 

Dr. Stein has over 30 years of experience providing medical and surgical care for the complete spectrum of ENT problems, including ear disorders, sinus issues, neck and thyroid problems, and cosmetic nasal surgery (rhinoplasty). He is a diplomat and member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is an instructor in otology and laryngology at Harvard Medical School. He attended Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He graduated with honors from Harvard Medical School and trained as a surgical intern at Stanford University Medical Center. He then did his residency at Harvard Medical School/Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary. 

After graduating from Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, he joined his partner here in the Chelmsford area (and now in the Nashua area as well) at Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates while continuing to remain on active staff as a clinical instructor at Harvard/MEEI. He is now one of the senior partners of the group, which has happily expanded to a total of 10 surgeons.

Dr. Stein's recent honors include being named again as one of the Top Doctors in America in ENT, MA Top Docs award, receiving a Patient Choice Award, and being recognized with the Compassionate Doctor Award. On a personal note, he married his college sweetheart, whom he met on his first day at Brown. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters traveling, sailing, hiking, kayaking, singing, and playing guitar.

Brett Levine, MD, is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology as an ear, nose, and throat specialist (ENT) with expertise in minimally invasive nasal and sinus surgeries. Dr. Levine is an integral part of the team at Beach Cities ENTS in Torrance, California, where he offers advanced surgical treatments to men, women, and children.

Dr. Levine began his formal education at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology, magna cum laude. For his medical education, he studied at Keck School of Medicine of USC, as part of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. 

He completed residencies in surgery and otorhinolaryngology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, studying under the direction of David Kennedy, MD, an internationally recognized leader in endoscopic sinus and nasal surgery. He also completed a fellowship in plastic facial surgery, under the direction of Walter Berman, MD, of Beverly Hills, California. 

Dr. Levine has decades of experience in treating patients with conditions such as chronic sinus infections and problems, nasal congestion, nasal polyps, chronic ear infections, nasal polyps, neck masses, sinus problems, vertigo, and deviated septum. He offers state-of-the-art procedures and advanced techniques in sinus and nasal surgery, including balloon sinuplasty, eustachian tube balloon plasty, and nasal valve implants.

Benjamin Rafii, MD, is board-certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with special expertise in the treatment of voice, airway, throat, and swallowing disorders, and thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He treats patients at Beach Cities ENTS in Torrance, California.

Dr. Rafii began his education in his hometown of Los Angeles at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he graduated magna cum laude with honors, receiving a Bachelor of Science in molecular, cell, and developmental biology. He then moved to the Bay Area for medical school, where he completed his medical degree at Stanford University School of Medicine. He continued his education in New York City, where he completed an internship and residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at New York University School of Medicine before finally returning to Los Angeles for a highly coveted fellowship in laryngology and care of the professional voice at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Voice Center for Medicine and the Arts. 

Dr. Rafii has extensive experience in treating elite singers, actors, and other vocal professionals. He uses advanced techniques and state-of-the-art technology to treat a wide range of conditions affecting the voice, throat, and airway. He is an expert in providing awake, in-office vocal cord procedures, including vocal cord injections, biopsies, and laser therapy.

Dr. Rafii’s fellowship-honed experience in preserving the nerves of the voice box, in combination with his training under many of the best thyroid surgeons in New York City, also give him a unique skill set in the surgical treatment of patients with benign and malignant diseases of the thyroid and parathyroid glands, using delicate vocal cord nerve-sparing techniques.

Maher Sesi, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist and a valuable part of the team at Beach Cities ENTS in Torrance, California. Dr. Sesi has more than 25 years of experience as an ear, nose, and throat doctor, specializing in the care of children of all ages as well as adults. 

Dr. Sesi began his formal education at Wayne State University in Detroit, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with high distinction. He received his Medical Doctorate from Wayne State University of Medicine in Detroit and completed an internship in General Surgery at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles’ Boyle Heights and William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan. In 1990, he completed his Otolaryngology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. 

Dr. Sesi is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Jason Guillot, MD, is a highly skilled otolaryngologist at SLENT, a premier otolaryngology practice serving Louisiana with convenient locations in Mandeville, Covington, Slidell and Hammond, Louisiana. Dr. Guillot provides exceptional care to patients at the Mandeville and Hammond offices.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Dr. Guillot graduated from Parkview Baptist High School and pursued both his academic and athletic passions at Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi. There, he played collegiate NAIA baseball while excelling in a challenging pre-med curriculum. His journey continued at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), where he earned his medical degree magna cum laude, discovering a particular interest in the anatomy and physiology of the head and neck.

Dr. Dao completed her Bachelor of Science in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Since graduating in 2018, she has excelled at providing exceptional care to men, women, and children in the South Bay.
