Dr. Kerolus is a board certified head and neck surgeon, fellowship trained in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Erin Andersson specializes in comprehensive audiological evaluations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid fittings, troubleshooting hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation.

Erin has been practicing audiology since 1999. She earned her doctorate degree at Arizona School of Health Science, her master’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She is board-certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Throughout her career, she has held positions at prominent medical institutions, including The University of Miami and Miami Children’s Hospital. She has also worked in private practice and ENT offices.

Paul Lapco, MD, provides exceptional ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care at his practice, Dr. Paul Lapco, ENT, in Pompano Beach, Florida. Dr Melder is a native of Texas. He obtained undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry at Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX. Dr. Melder attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. After graduating, Dr. Melder completed a surgical internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX, and then completed his Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After training, Dr. Melder became a staff surgeon at Walter Reed and an associate program director at the National Capital Consortium Otolaryngology Training Program. Dr. Melder later became Chief, Otolaryngology at Walter Reed. Dr. Melder served on active duty for 13 years and left active duty to pursue a private practice career.

He later obtained additional board certification in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Melder is a serial entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur he has invented, developed, marketed and sold products and has successfully raised millions of dollars in the process. Dr. Ely Shapiro is a board-certified otolaryngologist who practices at Adult & Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
