Erika Schettler Huberty, MD, joined the otolaryngology team at Lake Grove ENT in Lake Oswego, Oregon, in January of 2007. She currently practices general ENT with an emphasis on pediatrics.
She is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon, and received her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996. Her medical degree was completed at the University of Texas Southwestern in 2000. She then completed her residency training in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 2005.
Dr. Schettler spent an additional year in fellowship training in pediatric otolaryngology at the Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat Institute of South Texas and trained in laryngology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. Schettler is board certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Schettler enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include cooking, running, biking, fly fishing, and skiing.
Caroline Yang, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon with the team at Lake Grove ENT in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dr. Yang joined Lake Grove ENT in 2008 and provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for a wide range of ENT ailments.
Dr. Yang attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating with her medical degree in 1995. Robert Furman, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon serving patients in Lake Oswego, Oregon, at Lake Grove ENT. Dr. Furman joined Dr. Maureen Mulcahy in 2002, and their joint practice became Lake Grove ENT.

A well-known Facial Plastic Surgeon, Sinus Surgeon, and Allergist specializing in Otolaryngology, Dr. Cilento completed his Bachelor of Science at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She then earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She has over 20 years of experience in various medical specialties including internal medicine, otolaryngology, cosmetic surgery, and has recently joined our allergy team. She was born and raised in Orange, Tx and now resides in Beaumont. She is married with 2 children, and enjoys baking, doing crafts, and watching baseball in her spare time.
Dr Melder is a native of Texas. He obtained undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry at Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX. Dr. Melder attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. After graduating, Dr. Melder completed a surgical internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX, and then completed his Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After training, Dr. Melder became a staff surgeon at Walter Reed and an associate program director at the National Capital Consortium Otolaryngology Training Program. Dr. Melder later became Chief, Otolaryngology at Walter Reed. Dr. Melder served on active duty for 13 years and left active duty to pursue a private practice career.
He later obtained additional board certification in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Melder is a serial entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur he has invented, developed, marketed and sold products and has successfully raised millions of dollars in the process. He has consulted with and licensed medical device technologies to top-tier medical device companies.
Dr. Amber Berry is a board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon at Adult & Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
She graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing her residency at Beaumont Hospital in 2017.
She has additional surgical training using robotics technology, and she specializes in tongue base surgical interventions. Her focus is improving the care and treatment of patients with disorders that affect upper-airway breathing, speech, swallowing, as well as balance and hearing.
