Kevin F. Wilson, MD, is an accomplished ear nose and throat physician practicing at the ENT Specialists location in Draper, Utah. As a board-certified allergist and ENT who performs head and neck surgery, Dr. Wilson brings a great deal of expertise to the Lone Peak and Draper communities.

Justin D. Gull, MD, is an ear, nose, and throat physician and surgeon at ENT Specialists. Serving the communities of Salt Lake City, Murray, Draper, Tooele, and West Jordan, Utah, he specializes in complaints of the ears and hearing, audiology and assistive listening devices, nose and sinus problems (including sinus and cosmetic nasal surgery), vocal disorders, pediatric ENT care, and environmental allergies.

Dr. Gull spent his childhood in Darien, Connecticut. After living in Ireland for three years during his teenage years, his family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the Waterford School in Sandy, Utah, and then attended both Brigham Young University and the University of Utah, where he received a bachelor’s degree in French. 

He subsequently pursued his medical degree at the University of Utah (class of 2003) before returning east to complete a five-year residency in otolaryngology at the University of Connecticut in Mansfield. Upon completing his education, he returned to Utah to continue his medical career.

David K. Palmer, MD, FACS, is an ear, nose, and throat physician whose specialty covers care from the shoulders and up. Dr. Ali is board-certified in otolaryngology and has extensive and diverse experience. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine in 1995 from Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health in Columbus, Ohio, then performed a general surgery internship at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She then earned her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.  She has over 20 years of experience in various medical specialties including internal medicine, otolaryngology, cosmetic surgery, and has recently joined our allergy team. She was born and raised in Orange, Tx and now resides in Beaumont. She is married with 2 children, and enjoys baking, doing crafts, and watching baseball in her spare time. 

Dr. Ely Shapiro is a board-certified otolaryngologist who practices at Adult & Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at New York University, and then graduated from New York Medical College in 1992, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

He completed his otolaryngology training at the University of Southern California in 1997 and continued his training in pediatric head and neck disorders at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Dr Melder is a native of Texas. He obtained undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry at Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX. Dr. Melder attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. After graduating, Dr. Melder completed a surgical internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX, and then completed his Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. After training, Dr. Melder became a staff surgeon at Walter Reed and an associate program director at the National Capital Consortium Otolaryngology Training Program. Dr. Melder later became Chief, Otolaryngology at Walter Reed. Dr. Melder served on active duty for 13 years and left active duty to pursue a private practice career.

He later obtained additional board certification in Sleep Medicine. Dr. Melder is a serial entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur he has invented, developed, marketed and sold products and has successfully raised millions of dollars in the process. Dr. Amber Berry is a board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon at Adult & Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Ricardo Cristobal, MD, PhD, is board-certified in both otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, and in neurotology, and skull base surgery. He proudly welcomes patients to his practice, Texas Ear Clinic, in Fort Worth, Texas. 

Dr. Cristobal has been practicing full time in Fort Worth since 2008 and offers vast experience treating problems of the ear and skull base, including unilateral and bilateral hearing loss, chronically draining ears, balance disorders, facial nerve problems, and skull base tumors. He believes patients should take an active role in their treatment and takes time to educate them about their diseases. Dr. Cristobal actively engages and involves patients in all decisions throughout their care.  

He completed a general surgery internship at the University of California, Los Angeles and subsequently graduated from the prestigious otolaryngology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He then relocated to Houston, where he completed his Neurotology and Skull Base Surgery fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine’s Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology. 

Remaining in Los Angeles, Dr. Cristobal received his doctoral degree in Neurobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also studied internationally, earning his medical degree from the University of Navarra School of Medicine in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain. 

As Fort Worth's only full-time neurotologist, Dr. Cristobal holds specialized training in the inner ear and balance conditions. 

When not treating patients, Dr. Cristobal focuses on his research. He is currently studying hearing outcomes with implantable hearing devices, as well as the management of sudden hearing loss.

Caroline Yang, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon with the team at Lake Grove ENT in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dr. Yang joined Lake Grove ENT in 2008 and provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for a wide range of ENT ailments. 

Dr. Yang attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating with her medical degree in 1995. Robert Furman, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon serving patients in Lake Oswego, Oregon, at Lake Grove ENT. Dr. Furman joined Dr. Maureen Mulcahy in 2002, and their joint practice became Lake Grove ENT. 

Dr. Furman attended medical school at the University Of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York and graduated in 1994. He completed his ENT training at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1999. Stuti Desai-Markowski, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon, at Lake Grove ENT in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dr. Desai-Markowski (Dr. Desai) treats patients of all ages and provides high-quality and compassionate care.

Dr. Desai grew up in New Jersey, where she stayed to complete her undergraduate and medical education. She attended college at Rutgers University, obtaining a bachelor's in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. In 2017, she completed her MD at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School.

While in medical school, Dr. Desai and her husband volunteered at a community medical center in Moshi, Tanzania.

In 2022, Dr. Desai completed her Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. During that time, she served a diverse adult and pediatric population at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Hospital, Dallas Children's Medical Center, and the North Texas VA Medical Center.

Erika Schettler Huberty, MD, joined the otolaryngology team at Lake Grove ENT in Lake Oswego, Oregon, in January of 2007. She currently practices general ENT with an emphasis on pediatrics.

She is a board-certified otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon, and received her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996.  Her medical degree was completed at the University of Texas Southwestern in 2000. She then completed her residency training in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 2005.

Dr. Schettler spent an additional year in fellowship training in pediatric otolaryngology at the Pediatric Ear, Nose and Throat Institute of South Texas and trained in laryngology at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
