I recently had an ultrasound at the Liver Institute. My Technician was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, informative and patient. She explained everything to me before we started. I felt in good hands throughout.
My ultrasound tech knew what she was doing as she did her homework. She listened to my life stories as she did her job Basically she was great caring and kind.

Everything went according to plan.... The tech was great, seemed to know what she was doing,.. she explained what she was doing before starting and I really have no complaints..

The ultrasound technician at Fatty Liver Clinic was extraordinary. I have back issues from Kyphosis and Long periods of inactivity due to recent medical problems. Whenever I have had ultrasounds at other medical facilities it has always been an agonizing experience because they want you to lie flat and I can’t. The tech at Fatty Liver was very helpful and for once I had an ultrasound with no pain. She could teach a class!
The process went very well and the ultrasound Technician explained each step of the process. She also made me feel at ease during each step part of the of the procedure.
The technician was excellent, professional and yet warm and friendly. She provided explanations about what she was doing when I asked and the time estimates for each procedure was right on.
They were awesome and really took the time to go through everything in detail with me
