My technician was very nice, kind and filled the silences respectfully.
It is honestly very intimidating as a heavy person to go into situations where you have to expose some part of your body. This office and their staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Read less

Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Alena, was very detailed, thorough and provided me with a lot of information. She explained each step she was taking and gave me a really good understanding of the process we are beginning. I felt very comfortable with her.
