My technician was very nice, kind and filled the silences respectfully.
It is honestly very intimidating as a heavy person to go into situations where you have to expose some part of your body. This office and their staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Read less

I have developed a case of fatty liver disease and have been treated by Alena Johnson for several months. This disease makes you lose your energy and can be quite depressing precisely because you have no energy but you need to lose weight by dieting and exercise, two activities I loathe. But Alena was having none of it! She is always positive, optimistic and encouraging and it is contagious.
