On September 6th I visited Williamsburg Urgent Care with a persisting problem that I had been treated for over the past week without a great deal of improvement. I was seen by Dr. Virginia Wells on my arrival. She spent time revShow moreiewing my medical history and my current problem. I was amazed at how well she diagnosed my problem and came up with a treatment. She was so professional and made me feel like I was her personal patient. I would recommend her to anyone. Williamsburg Urgent Care provided me with the most professional, experienced, and comprehensive medical care I could have hoped for, from the efficient front desk intake to the concerned treatment I received from an FNP, a PA, andShow more an MD during back-to-back visits for facial shingles with cornea involvement. They also arranged for my urgent weekend follow-up with an Ophthalmologist, who said the med staff at WUC had gone "above and beyond" in treating me and prescribing exactly the right drugs.

We absolutely love Dr. B! She’s always so kind, caring, and thorough. I especially appreciate how she speaks directly to my boys—it makes all the difference. The moment she walks into the room, any worries I have melt away, and I always leave feeling hopeful and well-informed. What I truly appreciate most is her thoughtful approach: she doesn’t rush to prescribe medication unless it’s truly necessary. That’s something I’m so grateful for!

My best experience at an urgent care ever. Had an ear infection during a week long move from SC to VA and no established primary care in Williamsburg... I was in and out in 20 minutes and the staff was excellent.
They make seeing a health care easy, caring and right on diagnosis and care. Only positive things to say!

Both nurse and nurse practitioner were kind and considerate of my concerns. I very much appreciate their explanations and suggestions as to how to go forward, treating my symptoms.
I arrived with severe abdominal pain. I was checked in very quickly. There were several other people already ahead of me, but I was still seen very quickly. I was given a quick diagnosis and treated immediately. The customer service was great from the front desk to the nurse and doctor. The the facility was very clean. I will definitely return here if need be.
Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner. Thank you for being there when my doctors office wasn’t open!
