This is my third visit to Williamsburg Urgent Care I have my own Dr but was not able to be seen yesterday so they suggested I go to urgent care to be seen. My appointment was today at 10 AM but I stopped by yesterday late in the aShow morefternoon to see if I could be seen, since there wasn't a long wait I waited to be seen. The nurse and the Dr listened to my concerns before diagnosing my problem. There hasn't been an Urgent Care this good since way back in the mid 90's. How lucky are we Williamsburg.
I walked into the office on a Sunday afternoon. Within 30 minutes I was called back to an exam room. A nurse came in and reviewed with me my vitals and my reasons for being there. Within another 15 minutes, Dr. Annie came, listeneShow mored intently, and evaluated my medical condition. Within 7 minutes, she was able to remove a blockage in my ear, to alleviate pain as well as hearing loss and inability to get the medicine into my ear. She also helped me with a prescription for my infection. Thank you.

ARRIVED AT 0700 hrs AND DID NOT WAIT VERY LONG TO BE SEEN BY STAFF AND NURSE WHO DID SCREENING. DR DEAN WAS VERY THOROUGH, FRIENDLY AND LISTENED TO MY MEDICAL ISSUE AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP ADVISE. EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH X-RAY RESULTS AND DIAGNOSIS. WILL NOT HESITATE TO RETURN IN FUTURE.

I was on vacation when I got sick. My wife, Julie, drove me to the Williamsburg Urgent Care. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. I can't remember the name of the doctor (or nurse practitioner) but I definitely remember that my overall experience was great! The doctor (or np) was professional, caring, and friendly. Your staff was so kind and immediately took care of me after my fall. They were gentle and made sure I was calm and addressed my broken arm and stitches required. Cannot. Say enough to praise them.
The office visit was great but unfortunately the prescription ended up at the wrong pharmacy

I came in to the facility in extreme pain from a foot injury and everyone was so helpful and kind. I was in and out in 90 minutes which I thought was good.
