From the ease of check in, the front desk staff, nurses and the AMAZING Dr. Dean, we found this to be the best experience we could ask for. My 12 year old daughter needed stitches in her chin after a fall at the pool. We drove pasShow moret two other urgent cares and an ER because we value Dr Dean and this urgent care. The facility was very clean, aesthetic and inviting. My daughter was terrified of getting stitches and was reassured by Dr Dean so well that she was able to calmly sit still for stitches.
Got an appointment online for 2:30. Arrived mid-afternoon w/ symptoms similar to hay fever / common cold. After a brief wait, nurse practitioner showed me to an exam room, interviewed me and took temperature and blood pressure. MoShow morements later, PA came in for more questioning and asked for a urine sample. All results suggested I'm ok (no Covid). Recommendation: take it easy for the next day or two, and take Mucinex. I'm feeling better; will use this office again.

Very pleased
Signed in and within 5 minutes in the exam room. Vitals taken, then the doctor arrived within 5 minutes. Did the exam, then 5 minutes later the nurse arrived to do the procedure. Quick, efficient, and courteous all around.
Went in for swimmers ear. Got in and out in just a few minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly.
Greeted with a friendly voice, very comforting and patient asking for the required information, wait was less than expected, especially with an emergency walk in, the intake nurse was also great, complimenting the Doctor that eventually saw me. She was very sincere with my concerns and immediately took care of it! Keep up the great service!

Super quick and efficient
I could not have been more pleased with the staff at Urgent Care in Williamsburg. Dr Anna, Madison and Whitney provided outstanding service demonstrating competence, professionalism and and outstanding customer service. They addressed my medical issue quickly and resolved it. I will continue to use them for future medical problems.

I had an excellent experience despite the extreme heat and busy office. The receptionist (Monica) was courteous and very efficient with managing patients and reducing the wait time. The medical assistant (Madison) was patient and kind. She oversaw my giving an urine sample and guiding me to the exam room. The NP (Big Chief) was terrific. She allayed my concerns, reassured me, gave detail information, and provided a prescription to relieve my symptoms and underlying symptoms. An overall positive

Like ability to make appointments. Everyone friendly , knowledgeable and very efficient.
I arrived at 8:00am opening on Sunday. I was greeted respectfully and in short order was seen by a doctor who asked great questions to get the bottom of my health concern. I was prescribed an antibiotic and was able to get on it before the end of day. All in all, I was diagnosed, treated quickly and given the medication to solve my toe issues. Very satisfied.
