My favorite urgent care. Never busy and everybody are friendly. I brought my blood pressure device to match with theirs to make sure it's ok and the nurse Kristen (not sure about the name) helped me out and show me some tips hShow moreow to use it. She did my glucose test and EKG in very fast time maner. They called me back the next day to tell me what to do for further analysis. Dr. JEN (again not sure about the name) was AWSOME and very patient with me as well. Strongly recommend this place. 5 🌟
What a great experience - on a Monday morning, no less! My head cold turned worse the night before and I woke up needing medical help. I called and learned they were booked with appointments, but I could come as a walk-in, which Show moreto me meant hours of waiting. But, I was desperate and had heard good things about Williamsburg Urgent Care so I went. I was seen and given a prescription within about 90 minutes! All of the staff were friendly and the doctor really listened. Thank you, thank you!

My doctor was very helpful and nice. I was a walk in from out of town and they got me in pretty fast even though I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist were also very friendly.

If I had to move away from Williamsburg, I'd have to take this urgent care office with me. A completely professional and caring staff and docs. Their attitude toward patients is respectful in every way. You can trust their care.
With an appointment, very little wait. When indicated, vitals taken twice. Physician was knowledgeable and sympathetic.
I was very pleased with my visit on Saturday, April 12th. I had left a message to make an appointment before opening . Soon after 8:00, I received a call from Urgent Care, telling me to come now! Wait time was not long; techs were very helpful. The doctor (I do not remember her name) was excellent - when I told her I had been several times for a UTI, she went back to check my files. This impressed me! I highly recommend Williamsburg Urgent Care!!
