From the ease of check in, the front desk staff, nurses and the AMAZING Dr. Dean, we found this to be the best experience we could ask for. My 12 year old daughter needed stitches in her chin after a fall at the pool. We drove pasShow moret two other urgent cares and an ER because we value Dr Dean and this urgent care. The facility was very clean, aesthetic and inviting. My daughter was terrified of getting stitches and was reassured by Dr Dean so well that she was able to calmly sit still for stitches.
Got an appointment online for 2:30. Arrived mid-afternoon w/ symptoms similar to hay fever / common cold. After a brief wait, nurse practitioner showed me to an exam room, interviewed me and took temperature and blood pressure. MoShow morements later, PA came in for more questioning and asked for a urine sample. All results suggested I'm ok (no Covid). Recommendation: take it easy for the next day or two, and take Mucinex. I'm feeling better; will use this office again.

The nurse didn't believe I had rhino virus. I told her my son was in hospital with rhino virus and he returned home. My mother age 95 and myself are sick. I then ask for cough syrup that was stronger than over the counter ass the hospital gave him stronger cough syrup and inhaler. She said your son just heard the word rhino virus and assumed he had it. There's no cure for rhino virus. Then she offered an inhaler, which was the only thing that could help. Unsatisfied, poor service,

It was easy to get online and request an appointment. A nurse called me because my symptoms were indicative of a time sensitive issue. She instructed me to come in then and not wait until my appointment the next day. They were all wonderful!

I was seen before my scheduled appointment time and everyone from receptionist to nurse to nurse practitioner was very professional and kind. This is a wonderful urgent care.

Loved my experience from start to finish! I conveniently made an appointment online. I was in and out in less than an hour. However, I received great care. I wont go anywhere else.

Well that was a pleasant surprise! I had an appointment (called to check if they took my insurance then scheduled for 35 min later). X-ray and exam, all done, no problems. Staff was friendly and professional. All in all a very good experience.
HEALTH CARE PROVIDER MARIE SWENSON WAS AWESOME. MY WIFE AND I WERE SEEN INSTANTANEOUSLY FOR THE SAME MEDICAL ISSUES AND SHE MADE A THOROUGH EVALUATION OF OUR SYMPTOMS AND RECOMMEND A TREATMENT. WILL MOST DEFINITELY RETURN IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED.

Our visit today was quick , easy check in and not long waits for the doctor or nurse practitioner to come in. This was my first time there I usually go to riverside MD down the road but I’ll be using this as my 2nd choice when my child or I are sick
