Drove in to Williamsburg for a family visit. It became certain to me (2 hours in on my 7 hour drive) that the cold I was fighting had turned into a sinus infection. When I arrived at Williamsburg Urgent Care in the late afternoon,Show more and not feeling great, I was checked in quickly and even with a handful of people in front of me, was in and out in no time. Directed to a pharmacy across the street and on my way. All the staff here were professional and friendly. Glad I found them!! Thank you!
Was feeling HORRIBLE and drug myself to clinic without an appointment knowing there would be a prolonged wait. Was checked in by a friendly compassionate admin lady and was immediately screened and vitals taken by a nurse. I patiShow moreently waited and to my delight was seen by PA Christi Fox who was extremely thorough, genuinely concerned and had a diagnosis as to my ailments. No hassle and was on my way. Couldn’t have been more appreciative of the REAL care and the professionalism I was treated.

The Doctors always takes care of the problems you have without all of the red tape you go thru with other Doctors appointments. They also diagnose and treat immediately. Thanks to all the staff at Urgent Care!

Our wait time was very minimal. The staff were very professional and thorough. They did a very thorough exam , took X-rays and explained the outcome as soon as they knew the results.

They got me back with the doctor pretty quickly considering it's flu/covid season. I was greatful for the quick in and out.
I went to the Monticello office. Front desk receptionist very friendly. Gave me the initial forms to complete and told me I'd be seen in about one hour. That's what I expected , or longer, since I was a walk-in. I was seen in about one half an hour. Medical staff friendly and professional. Listened to my complaint and examined me. Overall, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend them. I would go back!
