From the ease of check in, the front desk staff, nurses and the AMAZING Dr. Dean, we found this to be the best experience we could ask for. My 12 year old daughter needed stitches in her chin after a fall at the pool. We drove pasShow moret two other urgent cares and an ER because we value Dr Dean and this urgent care. The facility was very clean, aesthetic and inviting. My daughter was terrified of getting stitches and was reassured by Dr Dean so well that she was able to calmly sit still for stitches.
Williamsburg Urgent Care provided me with the most professional, experienced, and comprehensive medical care I could have hoped for, from the efficient front desk intake to the concerned treatment I received from an FNP, a PA, andShow more an MD during back-to-back visits for facial shingles with cornea involvement. They also arranged for my urgent weekend follow-up with an Ophthalmologist, who said the med staff at WUC had gone "above and beyond" in treating me and prescribing exactly the right drugs.

My best experience at an urgent care ever. Had an ear infection during a week long move from SC to VA and no established primary care in Williamsburg... I was in and out in 20 minutes and the staff was excellent.
They took care of my problem efficiently and professionally.
Both nurse and nurse practitioner were kind and considerate of my concerns. I very much appreciate their explanations and suggestions as to how to go forward, treating my symptoms.
I arrived with severe abdominal pain. I was checked in very quickly. There were several other people already ahead of me, but I was still seen very quickly. I was given a quick diagnosis and treated immediately. The customer service was great from the front desk to the nurse and doctor. The the facility was very clean. I will definitely return here if need be.
Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner. Thank you for being there when my doctors office wasn’t open!

Great experience
Visiting from out of town when I had a medical issue that concerned me. I looked for an urgent care near where I was and found this one and it was highly rated. I was taken in in a reasonable amount of time and my concerns were noted and I was very well taken care of. I highly recommend them
Staff was attentive and helpful. Consultation with doctor was efficient and resolved my issue.
Our family has been to the Monticello location for various family health issues. We have never left the facility thinking we weren’t looked after and taken care of. The staff is amazing and listens to what you have to say in order to properly address your health needs.

I walked in to the practice today without an appointment, was checked in and seen, all within an hour. NP was was thoroughly concerned about my issue and offered the best advice, based on her ability.
While I was here on vacation, I was in urgent need of insulin supplies for my diabetes. I went to the clinic and everyone was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Deane and her staff are to be commended for their professionalism and commitment to taking care of my needs. I really appreciate their work to resolve this situation. I highly recommend them to everyone in need.
