I have visited Williamsburg Urgent Care twice this year, for a knee injury and the flu. Both times I was treated politely and kindly by the efficient receptionist and office staff. The waiting area was clean and pleasant and the Show morewait times not too long. The doctor visits are brief but to the point, thorough and comprehensive, with quick diagnostic results. It's not fun to go to urgent care, but Williamsburg Urgent Care makes it as quick and painless as possible.
I was very comfortable waiting even though it was crowded when I came in. Your receptionist was right on with giving me the estimated time I would be waiting. Everyone was very friendly. Absolutely a great experience.’even though our visit wasn’t a life threatening experience, we were treated and released in a very timely manner. Respectfully and professionally. Clean and orderly facility. It seems silly to recommend an urgent care but our visit warranted a 💯 approval from beginning to end.

I botched my online appointment creation. I walked into the center and, since I'd been there before, I was assured that I'd be seen soon. I was. I was examined and cared for.
Was diagnosed with a groin injury. No hernia by Dr Stankiewicz Continued to experience pains called nurses no feedback. After that saw my Dr and diagnosed with hernia. Which I was opeperated on Oct 21st
I went to Urgent Care today, didn't have an appt but they saw me. I just waited 1 1/2 hour and they took care of me. The service was great and very professional.
