I was in a great deal of pain when I arrived. However, it was such a wonderful experience to be taken exactly on time for my 10:30 appointment . The friendly nurse took my vitals and calmly discussed my problem. Next, Dr. B. knoShow morecked on the door armed with my chart which I understood she had read before seeing me. She asked pertinent questions, proceeded to locate my pain and explained the diagnosis so I was able to clearly understand what caused my pain. Thank you Dr. B. ... What a relief!
Checked in with the very kind and personable gentlemen at the counter which is always a huge ice breaker with any place providing a service. Short wait of 15-20 minutes and the young lady that called me back was extremely kind andShow more hospitable and we immediately established a rapport. We had a brief discussion on my issue of having poison ivy, my medical history, and the fact that I am 64 and take no meds. The doctor came in shortly afterwards and provided me prescription - in/out in 50 minutes.

The staff at Williamsburg were cordial and prpeffesianal. The diagnosis and care were perficient and well communitcated. Is would highly recommend them.

As always, the care providers, i.e. nurses and doctor were available quickly as I arrived 10 minutes prior to opening. I had a fairly simple, straight-forward diagnosis and received great care. I was out of the clinic in 30 minutes, had a script sent to my pharmacy that was filled that Sunday morning. By evening I was taking good steps to recovery. Thanks, Williamsburg Urgent Care!

My go to place for urgent care
My 15-year-old had a minor injury while vacationing in town. This place was clean, fast, and my son LOVED the doctor. We were in and out with a minor surgical procedure in less than 45 minutes. Wonderful experience!
There were many patients ahead of me but the line moved quickly. The doctor was great! Her instructions were very clear and she really cared about my issue!
The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. The office is very clean and welcoming. I have gone and also taken my grandchildren here several times and have always been treated well and have had great medical care.

Even without an appointment I was seen very quickly and taken to X-Ray for a possible broken foot. Thank goodness it’s only a sprain. The doc was very caring and advised me on what steps to take and what kind of ankle stabilizer to get. This practice is GREAT

Dropped in . . . an appt had been scratched .. . in in 15 minutes . . . nurse was quick and efficient, doctor agreed it was poison ivy (annual affair) and prescribed same items as before . . . in and out in less than 25 minutes.
