On September 6th I visited Williamsburg Urgent Care with a persisting problem that I had been treated for over the past week without a great deal of improvement. I was seen by Dr. Virginia Wells on my arrival. She spent time revShow moreiewing my medical history and my current problem. I was amazed at how well she diagnosed my problem and came up with a treatment. She was so professional and made me feel like I was her personal patient. I would recommend her to anyone. Very kind professional care.

The staff was great. The wait was very long but other than that it was great
I did have to wait to be seen but I understand since I was a walk in. All appointments for that day were booked. Service was very professional and wound was taken care of. Instructions for at home care were very clear.
I have always been extremely pleased each time I have visited. Everyone is professional, take the time to listen to you. I have often said that the care is better than seeing my own physicians who don't seem to have the time to give. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After making an appointment, my visit was prompt and efficient. Dr Anna, her nurse (did not get her name), and staff were knowledgeable , thoughtful, warm & kind. I will return should I ever had need in the future!

I am very pleased with the team at this clinic. They listen and truly care.
Check in was smooth as I had been the WUC previously. The intake person was efficient but took her time to understand my problem. The attending PA seemed to be familiar with my problem and diagnosed the source of the problem, recommending an approach to a cure.
WUC is our first choice when needing urgent but non-emergency medical care. We've been coming to WUC for the last 4 years & have always received prompt & excellent care. Wonderful doctors & healthcare team!
Had an appt. but still had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes in the waiting room. Doc was great; nurse was curt and cold. Nurse needs to remember that she is in the compassion business. Got what I needed however, so all good in the end.
From front staff to nursing staff in the patient rooms, all care was well coordinated and kind. Thank you.
Recently visited urgent care clinic center for dog bites and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The nurse and doctor were professional, attentive and caring. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a positive patient experience.

The facility is conveniently located and it is very nice with lots of space in the waiting area. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I walked in but you can make an appointment online before you leave home. Both MD's are highly qualified and I felt like I was in good hands. I never felt rushed and they diagnosed my problem in less than 20 minutes. I went home with a plan for getting well. I will go back when I need urgent care.
Always excellent care. Barely have to wait and extended period of time even without an appointment. I would highly recommend!

Visited from out of town. Dr. Wells and her staff were prompt and courteous. They smiled during my visit and exhibited empathetic care. The facility was clean and my issues were treated. Would return!
