We drove pas... Read more From the ease of check in, the front desk staff, nurses and the AMAZING Dr. Dean, we found this to be the best experience we could ask for. My 12 year old daughter needed stitches in her chin after a fall at the pool. We drove past two other urgent cares and an ER because we value Dr Dean and this urgent care. The facility was very clean, aesthetic and inviting. My daughter was terrified of getting stitches and was reassured by Dr Dean so well that she was able to calmly sit still for stitches.

I had excellent care at their Monticello site and this one provided me with the same courteous, competent and compassionate care! From the lovely woman at the front desk to my nurse helper to Dr Elizabeth B, I was so happy to make the switch from Velocity to this women directed facility. Dr B was the Best! Funny, reassuring and patient needs first is her mantra. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Urgent Care!!
