I have visited Williamsburg Urgent Care twice this year, for a knee injury and the flu. Both times I was treated politely and kindly by the efficient receptionist and office staff. The waiting area was clean and pleasant and the wait times not too long. The doctor visits are brief but to the point, thorough and comprehensive, with quick diagnostic results. It's not fun to go to urgent care, but Williamsburg Urgent Care makes it as quick and painless as possible. Read less

I sincerely felt cared for. Nurse practitioner Lisa was kind and patient when answering my questions helping me understand my condition.
