Was taken to exam room quickly. Nurse Jill was professional and did necessary tests. Dr. Dean came in promptly. Explained everything. I had a treatment plan and was out in under an hour.
They simply provide great care / from the front desk staff to the medical team, they make sick days a little bit more tolerable however they can!
We were seen fast and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend coming here

Fast and efficient! Everyone from the front desk to check out was pleasant and professional. I was seen after waiting approx. an hour (as I was told) and was all done in about 20 min. I would highly recommend Williamsburg Urgent care.

I visit WBurg frequently as my daughter lives here and I have had to use the Urgent Care Center twice. Both times, I was seen promptly, given throughtful and thorough care and clear and specific dx and tx. The MD even said to CB on her next working day if I wasn't considerably better. Wonderful , reassuring , professional experience.
