“I found the practice and the providers underwhelming, and the office environment disturbing. My 1st appointment with Jacqueline, virtual due to building issues, was good. When I went to get my fasting bloodwork done - the phlebotomist was 20 minutes late. I was surprised to see 2 bibles and a glass jar of what looked like little baby Jesuses in the waiting room. I went back to office for pap. No physical exam & no convo about sexual health. I asked about bibles & was told they were Christian.”
