As a recent transplant, I’ve been apaled by what I’ve seen… until I found Reform ABQ! I appreciate an office who can embrace the new technologies, with texts, telemedicine, etc., and yet keep to the old ways, of actually spending Show moretime with patients, listening to them, and including their input, as part of their care plan…I KNOW, this should be common (common sense would dictate…), but it’s NOT! THIS is the way primary care should be done; please, keep up the excellent work!!
The ability to get same day appointment call backs or even the same day facetime visit is amazing. Before Reform Albuquerque it would be weeks before my primary provider could see me. I would end up having to be seen at urgent CaShow morere for things that if I were able to speak to my provider she could prescribe medication.

This Clinic truly cares about their patients! From the receptionist to the doctor you will get the best care ever! Dr Jackie listens to your concerns and only wants the best for you.
