They were able to set an appointment promptly and addressed my concerns. As a recent transplant, I’ve been apaled by what I’ve seen… until I found Reform ABQ! I appreciate an office who can embrace the new technologies, with texts, telemedicine, etc., and yet keep to the old ways, of actually spending time with patients, listening to them, and including their input, as part of their care plan…I KNOW, this should be common (common sense would dictate…), but it’s NOT! THIS is the way primary care should be done; please, keep up the excellent work!!
