Upon achieving selection for training, Robert earned his Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska. From there, he was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas where he served for many years. As a part of the 52^nd Airlift Squadron, his duties were varied with a focus on Aerospace Medicine. Through hard work and commitment, Robert proceeded to obtain the rank of Captain and served with distinction until December 2002.
