Mike grew up in several states and Germany. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nebraska University through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program while serving in the US Army. He later was selected and earned his Doctorate of Science in Clinical Orthopedics through Baylor University/US Army Physician Assistant Orthopedic Fellowship.

Mike is a retired US Army Major with multiple combat deployments and an extensive background in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Flight Surgery, and Orthopedics both non-operative and operative. His final assignment included Cast clinic chief, Adjunct faculty member to US Army Graduate School Academy Health Sciences, and senior Orthopedic Physician Assistant for Darnall Army Medical Center/Fort Hood, Texas. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Michael V. Tran, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and certified wound care specialist in Arlington and Dallas, Texas. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Tran serves the Dallas-Ft. Dr. Harman P. Kaur has trained at some of the best training programs in the country. Before coming to the US, she finished medical school at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India where she graduated in the Top 10% of her class. She completed her internship at the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Spokane, Washington (an affiliate of the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA) and then her Residency at SUNY-Buffalo Internal Medicine Residency Program in Buffalo, NY. Her Fellowship Training in Oncology was at the nationally - acclaimed Wilmot Cancer Institute in Rochester, NY. This experienced was followed with a Faculty Position at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Dallas area with her family. She has also co-authored various book chapters in medical textbooks which are used in teaching programs across the country.

Dr. Kaur is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In her free time, Dr. Kaur enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering time at the local Sikh Temple where she focuses on her faith, Sikhism. 

Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being.
