Brandi Burnett is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 6 years of experience all spent in community health. Brandi is a Master’s level graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked as a nurse for 8 years prior to becoming a nurse practitioner. She is a member of the American Associations of Nurse Practitioners and has a certificate in nurse education. Community health is her passion and where she feels she can make the biggest impact. Brandi is an East Texas native but resides in Dallas/Fort Worth area now with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, live music, beach vacations and fitness.

I am a board-certified Nurse practitioner with years of experience in family medicine that began as a registered nurse and nurse supervisor in a rehabilitation hospital. I hold a ADN from Calhoun Community College Tanner, AL and a BSN from Chamberlain University. I also graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. As a committed primary Care provider with great analytical skills, I provide patient centered care across the life span from initial patient assessment, patient wellness visits, pre and post cosmetic surgical clearance through annual physicals to Compensation and Pension (C & P) Veteran Affairs disability evaluation. I am committed and dedicated to the care of my patients by collaborating with patients to evaluate, perform diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans for chronic illnesses. Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, or “Dr. O” as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 13 years of medical experience.

Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange. 

She opened Livingspring Family Medical Center to fulfill her vision of creating a center where sincere care meets wholesome care. “Livingspring” was inspired by the Holy Bible describing God as “The Source of Living Waters” and the ultimate source of true healing. Regina Nicholson, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology. At their offices in Mansfield, Regina has been a team member since 2021. 

Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

With a passion for urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Ozempic and Tirzepatide. He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.

Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, is the board-certified family medicine physician at Family Care & Wellness in Allen, Texas. Dr. Mallick takes a patient-centered approach to care focused on prevention and wellness, in addition to chronic health conditions. He views his relationship with his patients as a partnership, providing the support, guidance, and tools his patients need to optimize their health and well-being. 

At Family Care & Wellness, Dr. Mallick is part of the UT Southwestern/TexasHealth Resources provider network. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in human biology from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Mallick went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine at the Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 

He continued his medical training at Mercy/Mayo Family Medicine Residency Program in Des Moines, Iowa, and graduated with a degree from the Mayo Clinic graduate school of medicine.

He finished his Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, currently being board certified in Sleep Medicine. He finished his residency at LSU Family Medicine program and served as the Chief Resident of Administration 2022-2023. Dr. Khan has a very diverse experience and brings innovative ideas with solutions on the table. Apart from Emergency Medical Care, he also specialises in treating complex sleep disorders in adults and pediatric patients. He has worked in different areas of research, healthcare and advocacy in various parts of the US. He has also served as a Resident delegate for AAFP national conference in 2021 and has established relationships with lawmakers to advocate for public health, Chapter delegate for LAFP in 2021-2023 and Resident alternate member to LAFP Congress of Delegates 2022. He has also been awarded scholarships such as Family Medicine Leads Scholarship, OMS FD Mistry Scholarship and AFMRD Family Medicine Advocacy Summit Scholarship. He also served on the AASM Advocacy committee and is currently a Board of Director of Advocacy for USleep America. He aims to bring positive change to our health care system, make an impact locally and nationally.
