Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she is excited to serve the communities of Rochester Hills, Lenox, and Troy, Michigan.

Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.

Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. In addition to her clinical work in the office, Madison also serves patients in the triage department, ensuring comprehensive care across all aspects of patient needs.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her three French bulldogs. She also loves running and exploring new travel destinations.

Nicole Lape, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant serving patients throughout Rochester Hills, Troy and Lenox, Michigan. She is proud to be able to provide high-quality women's health care at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C.

Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics. 

During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition. 

When not caring for patients, Nicole enjoys the beautiful state of Michigan, being active outdoors, and spending time with her two children. She is thrilled to be a part of the Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., team!

Dr. Rosenberg has been practicing at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C. for over 25 years. He is a graduate of M.S.U.-College of Osteopathic Medicine earning his Doctorate of Osteopathy in 1983. He then went on to Oakland General Hospital to serve his Internship and Residency which he completed in 1989. He received his Board Certification with the AOBGP in 1990.  Through the years of service at Macomb Medical Clinic, P.C., Dr. Rosenberg has become very well known by his patients' and now is one of our lead physicians.  Dr. Rosenberg's knowledge of technology has allowed his transition to electronic medical records a smooth process so that patient care can continue to be his first concern through the moving forward in todays medicine.

David Berlin, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Long Lake Podiatry, P.C., providing comprehensive podiatry care to people of all ages at two convenient locations in Troy and St. Clair Shores, Michigan. 

Dr. Berlin began his professional education at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Following graduation, he pursued a medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. There, Dr. Berlin earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. 

Since entering private practice, Dr. Berlin has served in various positions, including vice chief of surgery and chief of surgery. As a podiatrist, he has special interests in neuropathy care and the treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis.

Dr. Berlin proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery and the American Association of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons.

Whittni earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling in 2019 from Spring Arbor University. She is currently licensed through the State of Michigan as a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, she holds several professional credentials, including National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and maintains a Development Plan for Clinical Supervisor through the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals.   Whittni has over six years of experience in the field of addictions and currently serves as a therapist at Recovery Pathways, LLC. She works with adults, adolescents, and families, providing both substance use and mental health counseling. Her professional experience includes work with Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and incarcerated populations. She also facilitates group therapy focused on addiction, trauma, co-occurring disorders, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.   As her career has progressed, Whittni has grown into several leadership roles within her organization. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Clinical Supervisor. While she maintains a smaller clinical caseload, her primary focus is on administration, program development, staff support, and ensuring quality care across services.   Whittni’s therapeutic philosophy is eclectic, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and solution-focused approaches. She believes that by addressing core beliefs, irrational thoughts, and maladaptive behaviors, individuals can experience meaningful change and develop a renewed sense of hope and healing.

Dr. Matthew Mitchell DHA, LMSW, CAADC, CCS. Assistant Professor of Social Work, Co-Chair Rural Center for Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health. Saginaw Valley State University, Recovery Pathways LLC. Dr. Matthew Mitchell has been part of the recovery movement since 1998. During that time, he developed residential programs for adolescents struggling with SUD and participated in research on the effectiveness of MAT, cognitive-behavioral counseling, and specialized programs for patients. Currently, he is an associate professor at Saginaw Valley State University and a clinical supervisor at Recovery Pathways, a behavioral health program with five clinics in rural Michigan emphasizing MAT and behavioral counseling.

William R. Morrone, DO, FACOFP, MS, MPH currently works as the Chief Medical Examiner in Bay County, Medical Director at Recovery Pathways, LLC., and as an addictionologist in the criminal justice system through local district and circuit courts. 

Dr. Morrone is a graduate of Michigan State University (MSUCOM) completing an internship in internal medicine and residency in family medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners, certified by National Board of Physicians and Surgeons and is past president of American Osteopathic Academy of  Addiction Medicine. He also is a part of the Saginaw Valley State University Substance Use Disorder Project Echo and currently lectures nationally on this topic. He has worked in addiction medicine as a treating physician with twenty years of experience in focus areas of criminal justice, forensic medicine and public advocacy.

He also holds Master’s of Science degree in pharmaceutical science and toxicology and a Master’s of Public Health.

Dr. Kristianna Matthewis, MD is a physician committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. She takes a collaborative approach to medicine, working closely with patients to understand their needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Dr. Matthewis emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based practices to promote long-term health and wellness.

Dr. Farago is a family medicine trained, board certified physician. His experience includes general family medicine as well as addiction and non-interventional pain medicine. He has expertise using both buprenorphine and methadone for the treatment of chronic opioid dependency. He is licensed in the both the USA as well as Canada to practice medicine. His DEA exemption allows him to prescribe Suboxone in the US for substance abuse. He is a licensed MRO for urine drug screening and is currently consulted for opioid management.
