Sandra Gilban, MD PC, is a board-certified family medicine physician, with an office in the Upper East Side neighborhood of New York City, New York. Dr. Gilban is proud to offer concierge medicine at her practice for a wide range of primary care and wellness services. 

Dr. Gilban attended the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, graduating in 1984 with her doctorate in medicine. Julia Granacki, NBC-HWC, is a board-certified Health & Wellness Coach and comprehensively trained Pilates instructor specializing in perimenopause, menopause, and the physical, emotional, and identity shifts that often accompany midlife.

As a multidisciplinary practitioner, Julia helps patients bridge the gap between knowing what may support their health and figuring out how to make those changes work in real life. Her coaching integrates evidence-based behavior change, movement, nutrition, stress management, sleep, and nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on helping patients better understand their bodies and become confident advocates for their own care.
