Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.

Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 30 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He then graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center) with Distinction in Research and Cum Laude honors.

He completed his internship at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, and then moved on to complete his dermatology residency, as Chief Resident, at Downstate Medical Center.

Jennifer Diaz is a licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant. Jennifer completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College and obtained her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Marist College. Jennifer is well trained in evaluating and treating a wide spectrum of dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages, ethnicities, and skin types. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.

Michelle Ilyayev, Psy.D, LMHC, DBT-C, REBT-C, is a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Doctor of Psychology at Silver Liningz Counseling, a virtual telehealth practice based in Flushing, Queens, in New York City.

Michele Reed, DO, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician, public speaker, and best-selling author. She serves as the owner/medical director of MS Family Medicine Health Care, P.C., a holistic practice that is located in Garden City, Long Island. T. Cristina Sardinha, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified surgeon on the team at Progressive Surgical Care, an exceptional surgery practice with locations in Manhasset Hills in New Hyde Park and the Lindenwood area in Howard Beach, New York. She specializes in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Dr. Sardinha was born, raised, educated, and trained in Brazil. She earned her medical degree from Bahian School of Medicine and Public Health and completed residencies in general and trauma surgery at the University of Sao Paulo, including working under the leadership of internationally renowned colorectal surgeon Dr. Angelita Habr-Gama.
