Dr. Awodele is a residency-trained and board-certified occupational medicine physician with over nine years of medical expertise in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Aviation and Aerospace Medicine, and Preventive Medicine. He served as the U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon for Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 169 (HMLA-169) and Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 764 (VMM-764). He served with distinction as the Flight Surgeon for the Special Purpose Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Pacific for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.

Dr. Awodele completed his residency in occupational medicine at the University of California, Irvine, where he also earned a Master of Science in Environmental Health Sciences (EHS) with a focus on toxicology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Howard University College of Medicine.
