Ayanna Swinton Jamison, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Envision Wellness Medical Group in Columbia, South Carolina. She has over 18 years of experience in general and child and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. Jamison attended Jackson State University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology Pre-Med. She then graduated from Saint Louis University Medical School and completed her residency training in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of South Carolina.
She is committed to educating her patients about their illnesses and providing care that is tailored to the individual patient’s needs. Dr. Jamison has experience working in both the private and state settings. Mr. Gore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work (BSW) at South Carolina State University. He continued his education at Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio, earning a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW). Mr. Gore is a Licensed Independent Social Work-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) and approved clinical supervisor by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners.
