No matter when I call and need to be seen, if it’s not the same day, believe it will be early the next morning. I deal with sitac nevre and I got a call from by brother stating he had to have surgery and I needed to be there to heShow morelp him after surgery. Well I told the office that I had 7 hours drive and they had me come straight in and took care of the problem and it made my drive very pleasant and pain free. They really care ???
Office visit on 1-15-24 was very good. The Doctor and office staff, really do care about the patients. They are very polite and they listen to what you have to say and how you feel. Dr.William is always smiling and ready to listenShow more and treat whatever is going on with the patient. I’m very blessed to have a Dr. and staff that listen and cares. Love having a female Doctor! I was a walk in today, was seen promptly and a prescription was sent right on over to my pharmacy
I arrived today as a new patient. Her staff was caring and kind. I was quite comfortable being there.i briefly met Dr. Williams in the hallway. She truly was a breath of fresh air. I feel I made the best choice in choosing my primary care physician.
Very positive experience except the long wait time - waited over an hour past appointment time to even be called back.

Dr. Williams is an awesome primary care doctor! She cares about her patients and takes time to listen to you and explain things to you. I highly recommend her! She will be my doctor until I die or she retires - whichever comes first.
