Not sure just where to start except to say that every Appt there has been kept & ON TIME, very little if any waiting after my scheduled time. The young lady up front is always so friendly & respectful of MY time & checking out is a breeze. (think her name is Cindy) I usually see Dr Williams & just can not say enough positive things about Her, She makes you feel that She is truly concerned about your health & well being which is what you expect from a Dr. but often times do no get. A great doctor. I love having Dr. Williams as a care provider. She has been so caring and comprehensive in my care. Her policies are clearly posted about her medication, pre-authorization, and refill policies. She works to educate new physicians and has a healthy relationship with nearby hospitals and colleges.
She also has the sweetest little dog that occasionally comes to the office. Between the quality of care, the excellent staff, the clear focus on my health, and the dog? Thank you! Read less
