He finished his Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, currently being board certified in Sleep Medicine. Janet Strait, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in occupational medicine and auto accident injuries at Liberty HealthCare. Janet enjoys working with patients in Grapevine, Mesquite, and Plano, Texas, and delivering them the thoughtful care they deserve.
Janet has been working in the healthcare industry since 1973. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. After graduating, she went on to teach nursing at Texas Christian University. She then completed her nurse practitioner program at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Bryan Weddle, DC, is chiropractor who has been helping people heal from musculoskeletal injuries for over 21 years. Dr. Weddle specializes in the active release technique at Liberty HealthCare, with offices in Grapevine, Mesquite, and Plano, Texas.
Dr. Weddle received his doctorate in chiropractic at Parker University in 1995. He is certified in the active release technique, which uses non-invasive methods to treat soft tissue and overuse injuries. While Dr. Weddle utilizes several different methods to ease pain, he is especially skilled in performing spinal manipulation under anesthesia.

Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, is the board-certified family medicine physician at Family Care & Wellness in Allen, Texas. Dr. Mallick takes a patient-centered approach to care focused on prevention and wellness, in addition to chronic health conditions. Dr. Mallick has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. He also served as a medical director for ten years, overseeing several physicians and participating in committees focused on quality care and patient safety.
Dedicated to sharing his knowledge with future physicians, Dr. Mallick was also an associate professor and precepted medical students from Des Moines Medical University during their clinical rotations.
Dr. Mallick spends his free time outdoors. He enjoys staying active through hiking, carpentry, and tennis.
