Regina Nicholson, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology. At their offices in Mansfield, Regina has been a team member since 2021. 

Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Misty Stasney is the owner and resident family nurse practitioner at the JM Family Wellness Center. She has more than 20 years experience in the medical field, beginning her career as a phlebotomist and has continued to work her way through the progression of CNA, LVN, ADN RN, BSN RN, MSN RN, MSN APRN FNP-C, and finally, she received her DNP from TCU in May 2020 with honors. She has worked in med surg, cath lab, cardiac and neuro units, emergency department, and as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 4 years. She is a resident of Burleson.
