Robert Claflin, DO, CAQSM, is a primary care and sports medicine doctor. He serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona, clinics.
Dr. Claflin started his training in the health field at Arizona State University in Tempe, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in exercise and wellness. In 2017, he graduated from Midwestern Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.
In 2020, Dr. Claflin completed his family medicine residency at East Carolina University in Greenville, South Carolina, and his sports medicine fellowship in 2021.
Including treating patients of all ages, he has worked with high school, collegiate division I, and professional athletes throughout his training and in practice in the sports medicine field. In 2021, he returned to Arizona to work in private practice family medicine and sports medicine.

My name is Lily Limon, I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have had the privilege of practicing nursing for over 20 years. I have worked in almost every capacity that nursing offers and have settled into the final season of my career as a medical health care provider. I feel that I can empower my clients with the knowledge to enhance their health and educate them to make lasting changes that will help, not only them but their families as well. I will dedicate this chapter of my life to make lasting changes and invest in my community. My diverse background has provided a positive impact and aided in my development of long lasting personal and professional relationships. On a personal note, I have a beautiful family, have been happily married for over 23 years to a wonderful man and we have 4 children and 1 grandchild. Hailing from Bakersfield, California, Emma moved to Arizona with her family to get her Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. Since graduation, she’s worked as a client care coordinator, a case manager, and a clinician in a variety of settings providing high-quality services to drive positive change for her patients. In her free time, Emma enjoys playing with her pets and hanging out with friends and family.
Emma is bilingual in Spanish and English and able to provides services in-person or via telehealth.
Lauren Havard, MD, is a family medicine and primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Phoenix, Arizona, clinic.
Dr. Havard joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two Banner Medical Group clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. She also worked at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist.
Dr. Havard completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen.
During medical school, she spent her third year in Chichester, England (where she met her husband), and her fourth year in the United States.
Dr. Havard and her husband love spending time with their dog Lily, playing co-ed soccer, hiking, working out, listening to music, watching binge-worthy shows, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
Nicholas Werth, PA-C, is a physician assistant. He serves patients in Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Phoenix – 31st Ave. clinic and the Glendale – West Olive Ave. clinic.
Nicholas was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis as an undergraduate, receiving his bachelor’s degree in physiology in 2015. He then completed his physician assistant training at Touro University Nevada in Henderson in 2021. After graduating, Nicholas moved to Phoenix and joined HealthyU Clinics in early 2022.
Nicholas enjoys taking the time to provide education to his patients. He believes in employing shared decision-making with patients to ensure compliance with the treatment plan and to maintain patient autonomy. He is also passionate about mental health and enjoys working closely with the behavioral health management staff to help meet the needs of his patients.
When he’s not seeing patients, Nicholas can find him spending time with his girlfriend and their dog, playing golf, watching sports, working on his car, cooking, or trying new restaurants.
I have lived in the east valley since the age of 2. I graduated from Mesa High School, Arizona State University, and then went on to medical school at the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Missouri. Following my doctorate, I finished a rotating internship at Phoenix General Hospital. I then began private practice in Scottsdale where I have been since.
I am currently Board Certified in Family Practice, Clinical Lipidology, and as a Certified Principal Investigator. I am a Fellow of the National Lipid Association, and the Association of Physicians in Clinical Research.
I have a true passion for medicine, with my private practice, teaching medical students, lecturing in the cardiovascular arena, and running a clinical research site. I also have more than 12 publications in the cardiovascular arena.
I have served as Chairman of Family Practice at Honor Health Osborn and Tempe St. Lukes.
I enjoy high intensity exercise, reading and spending time with my children.
