Laura is a Registered Dietitian  in NYC with eight years of experience. She earned her Masters in Nutrition and Food Science with an emphasis on Nutrition Education from Montclair State University and then completed her dietetic internship with a specialty in worksite wellness as Wellness Workdays. She then worked at WIC, where she provided nutrition counseling and education to pregnant patients and young children. During her time at WIC she developed a passion for fertility, pregnancy, and early childhood nutrition. She was able to further develop that passion over the past five years as she has led the outpatient nutrition counseling program at CarePoint-Hoboken University Medical Center. During her time at CarePoint she has gained experience counseling on a variety of disease states and nutrition issues. Robert Claflin, DO, CAQSM, is a primary care and sports medicine doctor. He serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona, clinics. 

Dr. Claflin started his training in the health field at Arizona State University in Tempe, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in exercise and wellness. In 2017, he graduated from Midwestern Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. 

In 2020, Dr. Claflin completed his family medicine residency at East Carolina University in Greenville, South Carolina, and his sports medicine fellowship in 2021. 

Including treating patients of all ages, he has worked with high school, collegiate division I, and professional athletes throughout his training and in practice in the sports medicine field. In 2021, he returned to Arizona to work in private practice family medicine and sports medicine. 

Dr. Claflin joined HealthyU Clinics in 2022. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, trying out new restaurants, traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family.

My name is Lily Limon, I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have had the privilege of practicing nursing for over 25 years. I have worked in almost every capacity that nursing offers and have settled into the final season of my career as a medical health care provider. Lauren Havard, MD, is a family medicine and primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Phoenix, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Havard joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two Banner Medical Group clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. She also worked at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist. 

Dr. Havard completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen. 

During medical school, she spent her third year in Chichester, England (where she met her husband), and her fourth year in the United States.  

Dr. Havard and her husband love spending time with their dog Lily, playing co-ed soccer, hiking, working out, listening to music, watching binge-worthy shows, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.

 

I have lived in the east valley since the age of 2. I graduated from Mesa High School, Arizona State University, and then went on to medical school at the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Kirksville, Missouri. Following my doctorate, I finished a rotating internship at Phoenix General Hospital. I then began private practice in Scottsdale where I have been since. I am currently Board Certified in Family Practice, Clinical Lipidology, and as a Certified Principal Investigator. I am a Fellow of the National Lipid Association, and the Association of Physicians in Clinical Research. I have a true passion for medicine, with my private practice, teaching medical students, lecturing in the cardiovascular arena, and running a clinical research site. I also have more than 12 publications in the cardiovascular arena. I have served as Chairman of Family Practice at Honor Health Osborn and Tempe St. Lukes.
