Soquel (pronounced “So-Kell”) Schafer, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant practicing at Colorado Springs Urological Associates, PLLC, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Originally from Northern California, Soquel graduated from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, California, where she received her undergraduate degree. While she finds all areas of urology interesting, she gives special emphasis to female-related urinary complaints, BPH, urinary stone care, and hormonal replacement therapy management. When Soquel isn’t working, she loves to backpack, bake (and more importantly, eat) bread, take overland trips in an old Toyota with her family, and has just started to dip her toe into mountain biking (yikes!). She has lived for several years in South America and is fluent in Spanish.
