Martha Zaidi, PA-C, delivers exceptional patient care at Integrative Primary Care to the people of Houston and Katy, Texas. Martha takes a multidisciplinary approach to care. She has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions that impact pediatric to geriatric populations and is also skilled in treating open wounds and other trauma-related injuries.

In addition to trauma care and acute and chronic disease management, Martha’s background includes aesthetic medicine, skin care, and nutrition. The Texas Laser Institute recognizes her as a certified injector for Botox® and other dermal fillers. She also has experience administering injectable medications to treat carpal tunnel syndrome and other orthopedic conditions.

Martha earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Brownsville, Texas. Dr. Richardson began her career after earning her M.D. from McGovern Medical School and completing her residency at Memorial Family Practice Residency Program.

She brings that specialized medical experience, and her passion for women’s health and quality of life, to her role as Wellness Director of New Life Wellness Medical Spa. 

After graduating Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, Dr. Marie Sohner pursued her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Sohner is a board-certified OB/GYN who specializes in Hormone Replacement Therapy and weight loss and has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of her patients through comprehensive gynecological care and innovative hormone replacement therapy and weight loss solutions. As Wellness Director, Dr. Sohner oversees all aspects of wellness and weight loss initiatives, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care that aligns with their health goals. 

With an active and robust life outside of the clinic, Dr. Sohner knows first-hand that her patients need to feel their best to tackle the busy, important work of their own daily lives. Chris Simpson, MD, is a family medicine physician practicing at Dickinson Family Medicine Clinic, located in Dickinson, Texas. He has been dedicated to practicing family medicine since 2018. He has a clinical interest in children’s, women’s, and men’s health and completes well-child exams, well-woman exams, adult physical exams, and Medicare annual wellness visits.

Zoe Apted, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston. Joining the Heights Dermatology team in 2019, Zoe brings incredible expertise. 

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In 2014, she completed a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After finishing her MPH, she obtained a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2016. Zoe received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List.

Before completing her graduate studies, Zoe worked in clinical research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. Additionally, she spent six months volunteering as a medical assistant at a rural hospital in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala. During this time, she discovered a passion for clinical care, which compelled her to pursue a career in medicine. She previously practiced in obstetrics and gynecology before moving into dermatology, a field of special interest to her. Zoe is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association.

In her free time, Zoe enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She lives in the greater Heights area and is excited to serve her community.

Eva Hinojosa, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs. Eva’s interest in helping the community and passion for overall skin care is what drove her to pursue a field in dermatology; her interest was further motivated during her clinical rotations. Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Eva specialized in Internal Medicine in Mcallen, Texas. She is passionate about providing evidence-based care and enjoys staying up to date with new techniques and products out in the market. She prioritizes the importance of patient education and preventative medicine.

Eva received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Eva is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In her free time, Eva enjoys exercising, spending time with her loved ones, and traveling.

Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston. 

Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019. 

Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.

In addition to her background in nutrition, Annie holds a keen interest in skin care and in preventative medicine through lifestyle and diet. Building a strong relationship with every patient is an integral part of her practice. Having received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Tejas Desai, DO, Annie practices medical dermatology, skin cancer surgeries, and other various skin procedures. Annie regularly pursues her continuing medical education in dermatology to provide the highest quality care for her patients.

She is currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association. In her free time, Annie enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and English bulldog, Rex.
