On time, no waiting. The Doctor as well as the office personnel were all tuned to provide the Healthcare I needed. Dr. Bita Pour-Jafari has been my PCP for several years. In fact I moved and her office is now about 1.5 hr from my home, yet I continue to have this Dr as my PCP because the trust I have been able to build and the professionalism of the Dr and all the staff.
