She listens carefully and patiently to her patients and takes the time to answer their questions thoroughly. She is respected and trusted by her patients, and I appreciate the care she provides. One suggestion I would like to make is that referral and insurance authorization documents be sent to specialists on the same day as the patient’s appointment whenever possible. This would help patients avoid delays and difficulties when scheduling appointments with specialists.
