Hanifa Waarith, NP, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Centers for Pain Control and Vein Care in Hobart and LaPorte, Indiana. Board-certified family medicine physician Sebastian Joseph, MD, provides caring and compassionate care to patients of all ages at Seby Medical Center, located in the Roseland area of Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He completed a rotating internship at Medical College Trichur Calicut University in Kerala, India. He completed his residency in family practice at Jackson Park Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in family medicine subspecialties including internal medicine, emergency medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, surgery, geriatrics, and sports medicine.

Danica Wilson is a dedicated and diligent family physician who has been serving the community of Chicago for over 10 years Dr. Wilson is a graduate of Tennessee State University, in Nashville, TN. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies; and completed her residency in family medicine at Saint Louis University in Belleville, IL. Following medical school, Dr. Favila completed his residency in family medicine at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. He was named Family Medicine Chief Resident in his final year.
