Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.
After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital. He regularly sees every member of the family, and he’s proud to establish long-term relationships with everyone, from young children to seniors. After earning her nursing degree at Winston-Salem State University, she demonstrates an impressive history of providing primary care across multiple medical entities including medical-surgical, oncology, adult gerontology, trauma unit and medical surgical. She obtained her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before moving to Waxahachie, Texas she lived in Killeen, Texas to support her military spouse. She worked in the community as a house call nurse practitioner. She also provided primary care as a nurse practitioner in Mansfield, Texas.
Patricia Roberts-Harris, D.O. a family physician with over 18 years of experience offering an extensive suite of medical services for you and your family. As a family doctor I will take the time to listen to your needs and always put you first because your health is my primary concern. I provide individualized care for each of my patients that come to me for their medical needs because there are a lot of factors that can make an impact on your health, such as previous illnesses, injuries, and family history.
