She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and holds active licensure as an APRN and RN in the state of Texas.

Sharan Allen, AGNP-C, is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and the founder of A.L.M.S Community Health Center in Grand Prairie, Texas. Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, is the board-certified family medicine physician at Family Care & Wellness in Allen, Texas. Dr. Mallick takes a patient-centered approach to care focused on prevention and wellness, in addition to chronic health conditions. A life-long learner, Dr. Mallick went on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie School of Management in Iowa City, Iowa.
Dr. Mallick has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. He also served as a medical director for ten years, overseeing several physicians and participating in committees focused on quality care and patient safety.
Dedicated to sharing his knowledge with future physicians, Dr. Mallick was also an associate professor and precepted medical students from Des Moines Medical University during their clinical rotations.
Dr. Mallick spends his free time outdoors. He enjoys staying active through hiking, carpentry, and tennis.
