Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. Tara earned her Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington where she was an MSN Academic Scholar. Tara is completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Duke University in 2017 graduating at the top of her class. She lives near White Rock Lake with her family.
Tara is bilingual and enjoys seeing patients across the lifespan. She feels that preventive care is vital in the reduction of chronic illnesses. Tara, also, has more than 16 years experience in aesthetics. She performs cosmetic injections including Botox and dermal fillers.

Sherrie Hoover, RNC-FNP completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2012 at Texas Women’s University and has been a Nurse Practitioner for 10 years. She has lived in the Rockwall area since 2007. Sherrie is a true caregiver and has been in Nursing for over 20 years. Sherrie chose family practice because she enjoys treating patients of all ages. She is passionate about preventive health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and women’s health. Sherrie also carries multiple certifications in cosmetic injectables. Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.
She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is well versed in medical dermatology as well as surgical dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends
