Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital. He regularly sees every member of the family, and he’s proud to establish long-term relationships with everyone, from young children to seniors. Appointments with Dr. Azubuike aren’t rushed, and he ensures that all your questions are answered during each visit.

Dr. Azubuike understands the diverse health needs that families have. Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. Dr. Randhawa brings her insight and training to Southwest Family Medicine Associates so we can continue to offer our patients the most advanced medicine. 

When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

Board-certified since 1987, Dr. Garcia is a highly-trained and experienced Family Medicine physician. After graduation in 1984 from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, he completed in 1987 residency at McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation in Waco. With a special interest in gynecology, he earned certification from the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology in 1993. He opened his first office in Lancaster, Texas, then moved to Professional Office Building 2 (POB II) at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in 2003, doing business as Southwest Child and Family Medicine, P.A. until 2014. Dr. Garcia and most of his office staff speak both English and Spanish.

Patricia Roberts-Harris, D.O. a family physician with over 18 years of experience offering an extensive suite of medical services for you and your family. As a family doctor I will take the time to listen to your needs and always put you first because your health is my primary concern. I provide individualized care for each of my patients that come to me for their medical needs because there are a lot of factors that can make an impact on your health, such as previous illnesses, injuries, and family history. I take all of this into account so that you get the best care possible.  Neil Verma, MD

As the Chief Medical Officer of Integrative Pain Institute Dr. Verma develops comprehensive programs and medical protocols to address and treat the inflammation and injuries that cause pain. Dr. Verma’s expertise and training allows Integrative Pain Institute to offer effective treatments for spine, joint, muscle, tendon, and nerve conditions suffered by men and women of Dallas. By creating safe protocols and teaching the clinical team Dr. Verma instils values of integrity, professionalism, excellence, and commitment to the practice so that patients reach their optimal health. 

As a Pain Management and Sports Medicine Physician, Dr. Verma utilizes various imaging studies, astute physical examinations, and ultrasound guided procedures to accurately diagnose and treat pain and injuries. Using telemedicine, Dr. Verma’s focus is to provide comprehensive care to patients in order to identify and manage the root cause of pain. This includes a combination of medications, injections, and physical therapy that is provided in a team environment alongside Chiropractors, Spine Surgeons, Interventional Pain Specialists, and Primary Care Physicians. 

In 2019 Dr. Verma attended a Harvard Medical School accredited CME Course "Sports Medicine 2019”. The program agenda was to provide State-of-the-Art Approaches to Optimize the Diagnosis, Treatment, Rehabilitation, and Prevention of Sports Injuries. Dr. Verma also participated in a limited availability workshop to update his knowledge of Ultrasound and the most recent advances in Regenerative Medicine guided by leading experts from Harvard Medical School as well as from the following Boston’s professional sports teams: Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, New England Revolution and New England Patriots. Dr. Verma looks forward to better serving the community of patients with active lifestyles, weekend warriors, and elite athletes and being at the forefront of Regenerative Medicine. 

Dr. Verma has 10+ years experience practicing Emergency Medicine, Pain and Injury Management. Dr. Verma has also been teaching medicine to young physicians for most of his career as he is also Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine for McMaster University. Dr. Verma is able to offer advanced treatment plans that can help patients suffering find immediate and long lasting pain relief. Dr Skinner, a life long resident of North Texas, graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University, with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Family Medicine from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock. Dr Skinner specializes in family medicine, and has experience in advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine, emergent and urgent care, occupational medicine, and physical medicine and rehab, and esthetics. His goal is to help patients live happy, healthy, active lives at any age by promoting healthy lifestyles. Dr Skinner is married and has three sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and being involved with his local church community.
