Dr. Audrea Vaughan is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. She has Masters degrees in both Public Health and Anatomical Sciences. She brings over 10 years experience having practiced both in outpatient and inpatient settings. Welcome to Crescent Beach Care! As a nurse practitioner, I strive to provide holistic care, focusing on health maintenance, health promotion, and disease management. I also value quality, consistent care to everyone. I moved to St. Augustine in 2018 after living in Gainesville for many years. My family and I jumped at the opportunity to join this beautiful beach community where we enjoy everything outdoors, including kayaking, biking and camping. Originally from Richmond, VA, I did some time in the Army and ended up in Texas, where I met my wife. Our young family decided to move back to Florida get back to the beach and culture.
