Dr Los has more than 15 years of experience in Family Medicine and a great vision to transform Primary Care in this country based on her professional experiences in different University Clinics, Community Health Centers and Private Practices in different states in the USA and Australia. Mohamed Sheta, MD, FASN, FASDIN, is an award-winning nephrologist at Houston Kidney Specialists Center (HKSC), which has multiple locations in Houston and Cypress, Texas.He strives to reach more of the community as one of the few nephrologists nationwide specializing in minimally invasive surgical procedures. Dr. Sheta can perform percutaneous peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, percutaneous arteriovenous fistula creation, and many other minimally invasive dialysis access surgeries.

Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Dr. Sheta received his medical degree from the University of Cairo, Egypt, and moved to the United States in 2009 for his nephrology fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He eventually became a research fellow with Houston Methodist at Texas Medical Center. He has also trained with the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) Training Program at the Dialysis Access Institute in Orangeburg, South Carolina, which is touted as one of the most prestigious dialysis access training programs worldwide. He eventually became the director of their interventional training program and has taught many interventional nephrologists from around the world special techniques.

Multi-faceted and passionate, Dr. Sheta has earned several awards, including the Ellen Cosgrove, MD, Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine. He has publications in several medical journals, including the Journal of Vascular Access, the New England Journal of Medicine, and the Journal of Clinical Rheumatology. He is board-certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, the American Board of Nephrology, the American Society of Hypertension, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Martha Zaidi, PA-C, delivers exceptional patient care at Integrative Primary Care to the people of Houston and Katy, Texas. Martha takes a multidisciplinary approach to care. She has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions that impact pediatric to geriatric populations and is also skilled in treating open wounds and other trauma-related injuries.

In addition to trauma care and acute and chronic disease management, Martha’s background includes aesthetic medicine, skin care, and nutrition. Haala Hai, DO, is board-certified in family medicine and sees patients of all ages. At Healthy Horizons Clinic in Pasadena, Texas, she hopes to treat her patients with utmost regard and care. 

Dr. Hai received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She then received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Houston, Texas. 

Her clinical interests include women's health, nutritional counseling, and preventive medicine. She also provides care for acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, anxiety/depression, and arthritis.
