Vital Clinic and Spa's founder, Harman Buttar, MD completed her training in Family Medicine at The Methodist Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Houston, Texas. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Encountered with health struggles in her immediate family, Dr. Buttar began to look into the role of environmental and biochemical factors in determining overall health and response to medical treatments. This interest lead her on a path to train in Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Functional Medicine (AAFM) and The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Recognizing the importance of a multi-faceted and personalized approach to wellness and vitality, Vital Clinic and Spa was created to provide customized services in functional medicine, primary care, preventative care, mental health, skin care, diet, and weight management.

I am a Texas-trained and board-certified family physician, and I am excited to be a part of Fulshear Family Medicine. I graduated from Texas A&M University College of Medicine and completed my residency training at Memorial Family Medicine in Sugar Land, TX.  My passion for medicine is driven by a commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of my patients through evidence-based practices, and open communication. When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending my free time with my family and pursuing various interests, including carpentry, cycling, and outdoor activities.

Dr. Hammad Qureshi is a board-certified family physician and the founder of Creekside Wellness Centre, where he focuses on aesthetic medicine, advanced wellness optimization, medical weight management, and hormone therapy. With a passion for helping patients look, feel, and perform at their best, Dr. Qureshi blends evidence-based medicine with cutting-edge treatments to deliver personalized care that goes beyond traditional healthcare. His approach emphasizes restoring balance—from optimizing hormones and metabolic health to enhancing natural aesthetics—so patients can achieve sustainable energy, confidence, and long-term vitality. Timothy Carder, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at New Wave Physicians Group in Spring, Texas. Dr. Carder enjoys caring for patients of all ages and medical conditions. 

A native Texan, he was born in Dallas, Texas, and grew up in Bogata, Texas, a rural agricultural community in Northeast Texas. Dr. Carder received his medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center in College Station, Texas, and completed his family medicine residency at Texas Tech Health Science Center of the Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas. 

He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, and Harris County Medical Society. 

An advocate in health and wellness, Dr. Carder is an active runner and enjoys participating in various running events, from 5Ks to marathons. He loves animals and has a special place in his heart for his late dog of more than 18 years, Skipper.

Rand McClain, DO, is a dedicated regenerative & sports medicine specialist who enjoys helping patients with their complex medical care and providing insightful patient education at Regenerative & Sports Medicine in Santa Monica, CA. 

Dr. McClain received his medical education from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California before pursuing a residency program at Keck Medicine of University of Southern California (USC) Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. He has worked with some of the best health innovators in sports and regenerative medicine, as well as aesthetic and family medicine. 

Dr. McClain participated as a sports member in two U.S. teams before becoming an osteopathic physician, and he continues to participate competitively. 

He is an active member of the regenerative medicine community as well. Dr. McClain is the Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer at Live Cell Research, an organization dedicated to the innovation and development of medical technology that is designed to enhance people’s health and quality of daily life through epigenetic manipulation.

Nadia is honored to be the first face you see when you walk into our doors. She enjoys creating a warm, elevated environment where clients feel valued and cared for every step of the way. Nadia has had a background as a Certified Medical Assistant for over 15 years. In the past, Nadia has worked with our Medical Director/Provider Dr. Reeves and Linda.

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends.

David Reeves, MD, FACOG, is the medical director at Medical Aesthetics & Laser in The Woodlands, Texas. Led by Dr. Reeves, the team enjoys helping people with their beauty health concerns and creating personalized treatment plans for each patient so they can shine from the inside and out.  

Dr. Reeves received his undergraduate education from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He then went on to pursue medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After graduation, he completed a residency program at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.  

With a passion for aesthetics, Dr. Reeves has been certified by Laserscope™ in the use of all of their aesthetic laser and intense pulsed light technology. He has completed an Aesthetic Enhancement Institute course for Botox® and dermal fillers as well.

Dr. Reeves is a board-certified gynecologist through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. 

Many patients begin working with Dr. Reeves’ Medical Aesthetics & Laser team based on their caring nature and excellent attention to detail. They always take the time to listen to their patients’ concerns and discuss the details of each treatment option. Dr. Reeves and his friendly staff welcome each patient as an individual, working alongside them to achieve their aesthetic goals. 

Chris Sparkman MD is a reputable primary care physician at Sparkman Family Medicine in Shenandoah, Texas. He has a passion for providing family medicine to the Shenandoah community and meeting the needs of his patients. 

Dr. Sparkman began his education at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, receiving his bachelor’s degree in biology. Shortly after, he pursued his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. 

After earning his Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Sparkman completed a family practice internship and residency at Memorial Family Practice Residency in Houston, Texas. There, he received the Harold T. Pruessner, MD, Award for Academic Excellence in Family Practice Residency.

With more than 20 years in the medical field, Dr. Sparkman has provided inpatient and outpatient physician services at several long-term acute care facilities in Houston and The Woodlands, Texas. He also served as Sparkman Medical Staffing, Inc.'s president in Shenandoah for many years. 

Dr. Sparkman holds a Texas medical license from the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification, and a United States Department of Justice DEA Certificate. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the National Lipid Association. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Sparkman enjoys watching sports, gardening, photography, and playing the guitar. He passionately seeks novel ways to care for his community, using his various experiences to improve his patient’s health.
