Dr. Sarah Baxley didn't create Access Now Primary Care to play by the rules, she created it because the rules were failing people. After years of watching patients be rushed, dismissed, or misdiagnosed, she knew it wasn't healthcare. It was damage control. So she built something different.
Access Now is a virtual first, trauma informed medical practice built for the ones who've been ignored, mislabeled, or told their symptoms were "just stress". It's for those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and complex physical conditions. People who need real care, not shortcuts. With dual board certifications in primary care and psychiatric mental health, Dr. B blends clinical precision with fierce advocacy. At Access Now, there are no shame-based visits, no checklists pretending to be care, and no settling. Just radical listening, evidence based treatment, and human first medicine for patients who deserve better. Because better is possible.

I am a Family Physician and have been practicing since 1989. I taught Medical Students and Residents at USA College of Medicine for 10 years followed by 10 years in private practice. I did housecalls, hospice and palliative care for the last ten years. I am now starting a practice that will use an office as well as home visits and telemedicine care. I specialize in very complicated cases. COPD, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, dementia, Parkinson's and people with developmental disabilities are examples of the typical patients I take care of. I do preventive care for those who are blessed with great health and have worked in Urgent Care for many years with acute minor illnesses and injuries. I do injections for joint problems and orthopedic problems, as well as Sports Medicine. I have done mostly Geriatrics most recently but can take care of the whole family beyond the newborn age. Home Health and Hospice has been a big part of my practice.
