Dr Spriggs has been an excellent doctor for me. I recommend him highly. He has all the tools and tech of a large practice but has a small town doctor feel. He actually listens to me which my prior dr did not. Blood samples are tShow moreaken at the office so you do not have to make a separate trip. He's friendly and even cracks a joke now and then. Staff is friendly and professional.

Daniel Spriggs, MD, brings more than 35 years of family medicine experience to his role as the founder of The Perdido Bay Medical Group.
Dr. Spriggs understands that today’s patients have wide-ranging needs, and he offers flexible care to help residents in and around Lillian, Alabama, get the personalized attention they need.
As a primary care physician for patients ages 4 and up, Dr. Spriggs offers chronic disease management, acute care, arthritis care, geriatrics, and compassionate treatments for those who have disabilities or special needs.
He knows that planned office visits won’t always work for everybody, so he offers same-day visits, telemedicine, and home visits, including hospice care, and is always ready to work with patients to customize their care.
Dr. Spriggs earned his medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, graduating as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
He completed his residency at The University of South Alabama, in Mobile, Alabama, where he was named chief resident. Additionally, Dr. Spriggs worked as an associate professor in family medicine at his alma mater.
Dr. Spriggs has a long history of working with patients who have complex medical problems, extending far beyond the care that most family physicians provide. He is dedicated to being a true old-fashioned primary care and family medicine doctor, one whom patients can count on for an honest, supportive, and trustworthy long-standing relationship.

Great Doctor actually listens and explains I formation. Does not jump to automatically putting on medication before reviewing other options.
I only had to go for blood work today but Dr Spriggs nurse Danyelle is the best. She is one of the best nurses in the medical field. No only is she the best in her job or (I think it Is a talent/calling) in helping care for Dr Spriggs patients. Everyone in this office is always so kind and caring for your health needs. G
