Shasta Mitchell-Holston has been in nursing since 2005. Starting her career as an RN at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been trained as an acute care/ICU RN early in her career. As she advanced her education to pursue her BSN and MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner she worked as a traveler nurse throughout Northeast Ohio. When she earned her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ursuline College, she began her career as a Hospitalist for Mercy Health. Shasta Mitchell-Holston relocated to the Hampton Roads area in 2018 and worked within the Bon Secours system as a Hospitalist. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing degree from Chamberlain University. She is also a Nurse Educator for various PN, RN, and NP programs throughout the area since 2007.

Erika Harris, PA-C has practiced as a physician assistant in Virginia for 12 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Animal Science from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Health Science and Physician Assistant degree from Duke University School of Medicine. She is nationally certified through NCCPA, and actively participates in AAPA and VAPA professional organizations. Erika currently owns and operates a medical practice at Benevolent Healthcare Services where she treats a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physician, Dr. Erin Koscinski; in-person and telemedicine visits are available.
