Shauna Thomas is always on top of things! I have been coming here for a little over a year and a half and she is one of the only people who has made me feel seen. I also gave birth recently and when I was at an appointment, I was Show morefeeling overwhelmed and she immediately stepped in and held my baby girl until I was done with some of the exams. She is an incredible, kindhearted soul and I will continue to recommend her. I would give her 100 stars if I could.
Love this doctor. They actually listen and take my concerns seriously and look into everything! They really are the best. Even when I moved out of portsmouth I still make the drive to them because it is rare to find doctors who trShow moreuly listen to you. Highly recommend!

Came for weight loss program, everyone is knowledgeable, and Dr. Cooper inspires me to work in healthcare :)

Great first visit very thorough with attention to detail, concerning my health issues and history.
The initial appointment for my brother was a great experience today. The provider and her assistant showed their interest in my brother care and needs.
I love the atmosphere here. I love the attentiveness of my doctor and the staff working here. It feels good to be acknowledged and to be provided the proper care when there at the facility. They do a great job here from the moment you walk in.

Wow! Shauna Thomas and her staff treated me so well and actually took a lot of time to listen to me. I can honestly say that this is the first time in my entire life that a doctor and the rest of the staff was so willing to listen and willing to help me every single health issue I discussed with them. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at home and I hope that more patients around the world are treated this well. Truly the best medical experience I’ve ever had!!

Dr. Thomas was very thorough and kind. She talked with me and made me feel comfortable with her medical advice. I didn’t feel like a number, I felt like I mattered. The front office staff was very welcoming. The nurse that reviewed my records with me before I saw the doctor was very patient with me. She gave me advice on next steps and didn’t try to push medicine on me. She talked to me about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I am glad a found this doctor’s office. Highly recommend!!!

everybody from checkin, check out and everything in between were literally AMAZING ! to save that i was nervous to get my blood drawn? is an understatement. i have never felt so relieved and comfortable at any appointment especially ones including lab work. DEFINITELY TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY NEW MEDICAL FAMILY.
