My visit to TMM on the 3rd of August 2026 was not by appointment. Actually I had an emergency that the doctor had to attend to immediately. The front desk clerks were phenomenal. My case was prioritized immediately. The procedure Show moreescalated professionally from inception to the end. Dr. Thomas and her medical team were were extremely thorough and receptive in every way. I felt as if I was having a conversation with a group of friends which allow me to pour my feelings without hesitation. I benefit
The practice was very nice and friendly Dr. Thomas was very nice! She took her time with me and answered any questions that I had! It meant a lot to me because im from out of town, and was not near my primary care Dr, so wheneShow morever I am in this area and im down here a lot visiting and something would happen i know where I would go to see a Dr. Thank you all so much!!

Shauna Thomas, FNP-BC was wonderful! I’m especially grateful to have a provider who not only listened to my concerns but also understood me culturally. There’s a level of comfort that comes with feeling truly seen and understood. She was informative, thorough, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident in my care. Truly grateful for her!
My very first visit was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind and used first names, this felt inviting. The provider really listened and took the time to go over everything in detail. It was quite refreshing.
Mrs. Thomas is an exceptional and consistently provides excellent, compassionate care. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions thoroughly, and makes sure I feel heard and comfortable with my care plan.
