My only option was to "walk in" in order to make the appointment. Fortunately for me I was able to see the doctor on my designated "walk in" day. Actually I had an emergency that the doctor had to attend to immediately. The front desk clerks were phenomenal. My case was prioritized immediately. The procedure escalated professionally from inception to the end. Dr. Thomas and her medical team were were extremely thorough and receptive in every way.
