Michael Brady, DO, is a family medicine and primary care physician. He serves patients in Surprise and El Mirage, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Surprise – Dysart Rd clinic.
Dr. Brady started his medical career in the United States Navy, where he served as an independent duty diving medical technician. After retiring from the Navy, he worked as an orthopedic technician before attending medical school.
Dr. Brady attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, followed by a family medicine residency at Abrazo Central Campus (formerly Phoenix Baptist Hospital) in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Brady began working for HealthyU Clinics in 2022. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and likes to incorporate osteopathic principles in the treatment of his patients, including manual manipulation when appropriate.
When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Brady enjoys traveling with his wife, riding bicycles and motorcycles, and working on his vehicles.

My name is Lily Limon, I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have had the privilege of practicing nursing for over 25 years. I have worked in almost every capacity that nursing offers and have settled into the final season of my career as a medical health care provider. On a personal note, I have a beautiful family, have been happily married for over 28 years to a wonderful man and we have 4 children and 1 grandchild, a grand dog 7 cat.
