Gritz Pierre, MD, is the founder, owner, and medical director of Genesis Personal Healthcare Medicine based in New York City. He is a board-certified physician with dual certification in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine and holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. His background combines extensive frontline clinical experience with formal training in healthcare management, supporting both the clinical and operational requirements of the Company.

Dr. Pierre maintains active medical licenses across multiple U.S. states, enabling nationwide telemedicine practice and supporting the Company’s multi-state service delivery model. His clinical experience spans high-acuity emergency departments, critical access hospitals, ICU-capable facilities, and inpatient hospital medicine settings. In addition, he has extensive outpatient experience working in rural clinics throughout Southern Illinois, providing primary and urgent care services in medically underserved communities.

His professional experience includes independent emergency medicine practice, nocturnist hospital medicine, and ICU-level patient management. Dr. Pierre has served in environments requiring autonomous decision-making, rapid clinical assessment, and coordination of complex care, including stabilization of critically ill patients prior to ICU admission or interfacility transfer.

He has also participated in healthcare fairs and community outreach events, providing physical examinations and preventive care services for local schools and community members.

In addition to his clinical background, Dr. Pierre’s MBA training provides experience in healthcare administration, operations, and financial oversight. Dr. Raymond Zakhari is a triple board-certified nurse practitioner, certified in Adult Adolescent Health, Family Health, and Psychiatric Mental Health. He provides comprehensive care of both the mind and body.

He is on staff at New York-Presbyterian Hospital at Weill Cornell Medical Center/ Payne Whitney Clinic appointed to the department of internal medicine. In his private practice, Metro Medical Direct, he provides medical and psychiatric house calls for patients from adolescents to geriatrics with dual diagnosis addiction and mental illness. He provides medical supervision for home detox and provides medication-assisted therapy with Suboxone, naltrexone, and Vivitrol.

His extensive training and experience allow him to manage the medical conditions that may have developed from substance abuse.

Aaron Sternlicht is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Family Addiction Specialist, a boutique, private practice in New York City catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. As COO, Aaron oversees a highly dedicated team to ensure discreet, personalized, and exceptional care, managing all aspects of operations from admissions and scheduling to billing and health information management. Christopher Savini, B.A. CASAC,  Advanced Counselor is a  NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports Certified Counselor with over 14 years of dedication, compassion and empathy in counseling individuals with mental health and addictive disorders.

Dr. Myszko is dedicated to the care of NYC teens and young adults. She understands the pressures of growing up in NYC and how they affect school, social circles, families, and overall well-being. Dr. Myszko empowers her patients to be active participants in their health. She believes in a collaborative approach, where good health is achieved through a close partnership between doctor and patient. Dr. Myszko provides her patients with up-to-date, comprehensive medical information and recommendations based on her clinical experience. Her patient-centered, trauma-informed approach ensures a level of comfort for her patients that allows her to get to know them well. Dr. Myszko listens to their concerns and uses a holistic lens to craft individualized care plans, making patients feel comfortable and secure in their healthcare.

Dr. Ashraf Salem (Ash) is the Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer of BKUC. At BKUC, Ash overseas our clinical processes and continuous improvement required to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. He spends his time with patients, mentoring and developing our clinical staff and developing the most effective patient experience support by in-house proprietary technology enablers.

Dr. Salem graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY and attended medical school at Mount Sinai. After graduating he went on to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center and was Board Certified in 2004. He continued to practice emergency medicine and became an Assistant Professor at Kings County/SUNY Downstate from 2003-2009. Dr. Salem founded Brooklyn Urgent Care in 2006.

Erin M. Heaslip is a board-certified music therapist and licensed social worker. She completed her master’s in music therapy from the University of Miami and has been practicing music therapy since 2011. She completed her master’s in social work in 2024 from Boston University and is licensed in New Jersey and New York. Erin offers both virtual and in person sessions in the Hoboken office.

She has experience with children with developmental disabilities and neurodiverse clients and families. She enjoys working with adults, children, and families to work through adverse experiences, life changes, those working through depression and anxiety. She is knowledgeable in women’s issues related to infertility, postpartum care and perinatal mental health.  Through a strengths perspective, she uses music and creative arts modalities, in addition to talk therapy to learn and implement positive coping strategies for improved well-being. Erin works to provide a safe environment, while maintaining a positive and supportive relationship. Through acceptance and empathy, she utilizes therapeutic interventions using psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral principles in her practice.
