Wayne Dysinger, MD, MPH
Wayne is an Inland Empire native, having been born and raised in Loma Linda and Yucaipa. He completed medical school at Loma Linda University, followed by a Family Medicine Residency at Florida Hospital, and a Preventive Medicine Residency back at Loma Linda. He has worked in Guam, Atlanta and New Hampshire prior to returning to Loma Linda University as Chair of the Preventive Medicine Department in 2003. Wayne has an international reputation as a leader in the field of Lifestyle Medicine, having served as President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and as an international consultant in the area. He is also the Medical Director of the Lifestyle Medicine Institute, and a Professor at Loma Linda University. He is passionate about treating what is really causing health problems, not just putting Band-Aids on superficial issues.

Shruti Patel, MD, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician specializing in Family Practice and Urgent Care at Low Cost Health Clinics.
With seven offices in Anaheim, Riverside, Santa Ana, Corona, Costa Mesa, and Indio, California, patients have a variety of locations to choose from. In addition, all the clinics are on a walk-in basis, so patients can access care when needed.
Dr. Patel has an excellent bedside manner and is bilingual in Spanish and English. She has many years of experience working in primary care and urgent care medicine. She is one of the supervising physicians for Low Cost Health Clinics and is also involved in the management of the clinics.
Passionate about serving uninsured and low-income people in Southern California, Dr. Patel and her team provide free screenings twice a year for diabetes (glucose) and hypertension (blood pressure), also available on a walk-in basis.
Ethics are based on respect and value for patients and team members alike. Dr. Patel makes it her daily mission to resolve differences quickly and recognize and celebrate achievements, including good health.
