Smita Tandon, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician based in Fountain Valley, California, where she is the medical director of her own practice. Dr. Tandon is deeply passionate about helping children and has more than 30 years of experience in the field of pediatrics.
A native of India, Dr. Tandon earned her doctorate in medicine from Grant Medical College in Mumbai before starting her residency at King George’s Medical College in Lucknow. After arriving in the United States, she completed a second medical residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

During her OBGYN clinical rotations, Courtney developed a passion and commitment for women’s health. “Women have a unique set of health care challenges. My goal is to help women meet health care needs throughout their lifespan and teach them about maintaining a balance for optimal health.” Courtney continues to add to her education in women’s health so that she is able to provide current, “up to date,” care to her patients.
