DaSol "Amy" Hwang, FNP-C, MSN, RN, MAT, is a compassionate and dedicated board-certified family nurse practitioner at the Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine (CRPM) in Placentia, California.
Amy began her undergraduate studies at Vanguard University of Southern California in Costa Mesa, California. She then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching Music from Longy School of Music of Bard College in June 2016. In May 2020, Amy earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She then completed her family nurse practitioner certificate from California State University, Los Angeles, in May 2022.

Meet Dr. Smita Tandon
Smita Tandon, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician based in Fountain Valley, California, where she is the medical director of her own practice. Dr. Tandon is deeply passionate about helping children and has more than 30 years of experience in the field of pediatrics.
A native of India, Dr. Tandon earned her doctorate in medicine from Grant Medical College in Mumbai before starting her residency at King George’s Medical College in Lucknow. After arriving in the United States, she completed a second medical residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Tandon has made it her mission to deliver a lifetime of quality health care to every child she sees in a clean, safe, comfortable, and friendly environment because she understands just how much childhood experiences impact a person’s life.
