Julia’s scope of practice is focused on Family Practice, Acute and Chronic Care and her medical background includes over 20 years of experience in various fields of nursing including acute care facilities, assisting in cardiology, the emergency department, respiratory care, senior care facilities, medical surgical, stroke and telemetry units.

Courtney has been a registered nurse for over 12 years, primarily in the Emergency Department of a large community hospital. For over two years, she worked as a certified Mobile Intensive Care Nurse for the county of Los Angeles. Courtney completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she then continued on to receive her master’s
degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). She is board certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
During her OBGYN clinical rotations, Courtney developed a passion and commitment for women’s health. “Women have a unique set of health care challenges. My goal is to help women meet health care needs throughout their lifespan and teach them about maintaining a balance for optimal health.” Courtney continues to add to her education in women’s health so that she is able to provide current, “up to date,” care to her patients. Courtney is married to a firefighter and has a son, stepdaughter, and two dogs. In her spare
time she loves to golf and improve human health and well-being by volunteering with her therapy dog, Tiller. They are certified through the Pet Partners Therapy Program. She is excited to grow and learn with the amazing practitioners here at Women’s Health Group of Ventura.

Dr. Ravinder Singh uses a holistic approach to patient care at Rancho Wellness in Rancho Cucamonga and Upland, California.
